Location is near to Shang Hai train station.
There are KFC, Family Mart, Luckin Cafe, noodle shop next door.
The hotel housekeeping does not wash the mugs at all during our stay.
5 nights only 1 of the day have 2 sachets of coffee therest always 1 sachet.
The day curtain is quite dirty and dusty.
Under bed & sofa are very dusty and has some rubbish (happened to need to pick up item drop in)
The laundry area only have 2 washer and 2 dryer which always full.
The hotel only provide 3 bath towel and hand towel despite we check in as family of 4.
The light is always off when door opened and closed is very inconvenient.

Overall, the experience was pleasant. Located near Shanghai Railway station, ＜ 10 min walk away. There are some shops around (E.g. KFC, convenient stores nearby) too. The area is located quite strategically to access nearby tourist area as well as the popular 1000 tree shopping mall. The service by the staff was good, they were friendly and helped to resolve some our issues regarding parcels bought online. The hotel also accepts parcels if you are planning to buy online. The overall cleanliness was decent. While the gym is limited, the other room amenities were decent. Bathtub was good. Overall, would recommend the hotel for travellers looking to stay near the railway station.

helpful and nice staff, my room had an amazing view and tea, bath salts etc. were refilled daily, location is close to the train and metro station and plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby, would definitely return!!

Good location.
- Very close to Shanghai Railway Stion and Subway lines just cross the road.
- You can go to '1000 Trees' building by riverside walkway from back of hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at Dears Hotel. A 3 minute walk from the Shanghai Railway Station which gave easy access to popular tourist sites like People's Square, Nanjiang Road and The Bund.
The room was clean and you can have your room tidied each day.
The room was spacious and the staff were very friendly.
There is a KFC downstairs and a Family Mart as well.
I recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay again.

房间卫生这一块可以放心，看图说话
离车站也近，房间隔音效果也不错，窗外看景喝着云南小粒咖啡或者来一杯热茶，属于出差人的浪漫时刻！
地理位置也比较好找！服务也还不错！
出差旅行?? 家人出游追求高品质！或者喜欢安静氛围的友友们可以选择这里！

在上海站南广场附近，苏州一日游非常方便走路到车站 5-8分钟，地铁站也差不多。房间很大光线很好，提早到达提直接入住，柜台小姐姐亲切友善。附近有瑞幸咖啡 及一些餐厅很方便。打车去新世界商场，人民广场约15-20分钟。下次去苏州，南京搭高铁还是会选择入住这间酒店。

酒店交通方便，离上海站火车站和地铁站非常近。出门步行5分钟即到上海火车站。非常适合早晨赶火车的旅客。
内部房间整洁宽敞。
前台服务热情，帮忙免费升级房间。
周边有很多饭馆，吃饭方便。下次来上海还会入住。

Good hotel and comfortable, staff also have service mind and happy to help you. But the hotel don’t have bidet and mini refrigerator in room.
