The location is very good and easy to access the Metro station, close to the Mall and close to JinJiang walking street
The accommodation is well equipped with what is subtle for a comfy living. Comfy bed, warm heater (No Cooling Mode), Electric fan, clean and tidy room and bathroom.
Free drinking water refill
Free laundry self service
Daily clean up
Super helpful staff with great service mind
They even allow the early check-in at 13.30 instead of 16.00 pm
Totally recommended to all tourists

这次住的全季酒店整体体验很不错，房间真的蛮舒服的。空间布局合理，不会觉得拥挤，床和枕头都很舒适真的特别赞，睡得很踏实。房间乾净整洁，灯光还好，隔音也不错，晚上很安静。整体风格简约温馨，住起来很放松，不管是出差还是短途旅行都挺合适的。

地点好近南京路步行街，但是酒店门口有梯级，要搬行李稍为麻烦一点，酒店早餐简单朴实，如不选择附近都很多吃的，旁边的7–11不是二十四小时。

位置很靠近南京路 很方便 楼下的烧烤也很好吃
除了房间小了一丢丢 其他的都没有毛病
前台小哥哥也很热心 我找不到快递 他也很热心帮我一起找 服务真的很好

在上海全季酒店的入住体验非常舒心。特别感谢前台员工阳坤，主动帮我协调延迟退房，解决了行程安排的燃眉之急。他的态度始终亲切耐心，体现了酒店对客人需求的细致关照。
酒店整体环境整洁安静，房间设施便捷，居住体验放松。无论是入住引导还是日常服务，工作人员都礼貌热情，让人感受到真诚的待客之道。这种周到又人性化的服务，确实超出了我对连锁酒店的期待。
这次入住让我印象深刻，值得推荐。如果再来上海，会优先选择这里。

地理位置很好但是房间非常闷热！！中央空调不制冷，冰箱也不制冷，一到晚上房间的温度升至28左右，很不透气！
还有淋浴间设计有点奇怪，是在一个隔板间
The location is great, but the room is extremely stuffy! The central air conditioning doesn’t cool at all, and the refrigerator isn’t working either. At night, the temperature in the room rises to around 28°C, and it feels very poorly ventilated! Also, the shower area is oddly designed, it’s in a partitioned-off space.
