房间有点出乎意料的小。插座位置不友好，尤其是有用转换插头，非常不方便。窗口可以开，但是外面是封闭墙壁。
总体来説都是不错住的酒店，枕头很舒服 。
酒店位置非常方便，步行距离就到南京路步行街。楼下店面的烧烤店好吃，隔壁的小笼包也不错

The hotel concerige is located at Level 9 with the branding of hotel at level 1 which is pretty visible
Hotel location is good as there are several eatery below the hotel, 1 x 7 Eleven stores.
Across the street there is 1 Mcdonald, luckin coffee. Nearby there are Kfc and some café
It is also nearby some of the mall which is like less than 5 min walk.
However whether to stay or book this hotel room , you might have to relook due to the following
The room layout was alright and surprisingly look smaller vs the picture listed.
The aircon was a big failure even thought the staff claim the setting is centralised but my other friends staying in same hotel did not face this issue.
Their aircon setting have 2 setting which one for adjusting the aircon room temperature and another setting which is the live and real room temperature
1) The aircon temperature was adjusted to the lowest like 5 to 10 degree which is no use at all as there is no wind and sound coming out obviously. That when 1st night stay in the room, I have requeted for assistance which the maintenance claim it is indeed normal. But they are speechless when the room is so hot and humid. Portable cooler aircon was provided but it does not help much.
2) Have requested assistance next day morning to relook in the issue but the issue still remain unresolved. As of now the room temperature illustrated on the aircon controller screen show 28 degree.
3) So I went out for the day and came back at night to request assistance again. Now the staff followed me to the room to take a look and no doubt the room was humid, stuffy and totally no aircon at all. Since the aircon falled under centralised system and they cannot do anything about it even though I have requested to change room but there is no room avaialble and likelihood to face the same issue.
Note: The aircon outside the room (the main walkway to lift) is even much more cooler which I define it as proper aircon. There are observation that some of the room door also kept it open.
I have travelled to different countries during winter season and most hotel aircon are perfectly ok which is the basis requirement.
Therefore will advise anyone to reconsider if you are booking this hotel as it will impact your whole travel journey experience.

Travel at shanghai for 4 nights, this is the worst room experience ever. Room at 3rd floor, less Airflow, broken air cond and inside the room is so hot.
The only good is location, hotel lobby only have one toilet. For this price i can get better hotel
Never come back again !

距离人民广场站南京步行街大概10分钟以内，周边的生活机能不错，入住时大概下午快2点，房间还没打扫好，柜台服务人员建议现场加价升等16坪大床A房，来内地第一次是到了饭店柜台要加价升等，别间酒店都是免费升等的。但是房间卫生还不错，要备品也蛮快送到，还是用机器人送很不错，打扫阿姨很客气，感觉很好。整体来说，还是挺便利的

酒店整体尚可。房间的卫生打扫得不错，只是没有咖啡可以提神。楼下的烧烤店很棒，营业时间到凌晨3:30，晚上或凌晨肚子饿了还有地方吃宵夜。美中不足的是当天下午5点多左右办理入住，还没有房间，要客人等待。之后也没有额外的补偿，还随意安排原本安排好的房间。

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable and delivered excellent value for money. The service throughout our visit was consistently professional and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The property maintained impeccable cleanliness standards in both the rooms and common areas, which we really appreciated.
The location was absolutely perfect - ideally situated for exploring the area with convenient access to major attractions and local amenities. You really can’t ask for a better spot to base your travels from.
While the hotel excelled in service quality, cleanliness, and location, the only area for potential improvement would be expanding some of the facilities and amenities. That said, given the competitive pricing, this minor limitation was completely understandable and didn’t detract from the overall positive experience.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for solid service, pristine accommodations, and an unbeatable location at a fair price point. Sometimes the essentials done exceptionally well matter more than having every possible amenity.

原来的412房很小，但干净整洁，一个人也够用了，但早上4点多被吵醒，楼下是商店卸货还是木箱子摞起来的咣当声不断，吵了十多分钟，完全吵醒，向前台反映后免费升级，工作人员小悦帮忙转了房间，很热情，房间升级大了很多。早餐丰富，但9:30就结束，要提早。酒店服务人员很客气的，蛮规范。

酒店就在南京路步行街旁边。楼下有好几个商场非常方便。
房间非常非常非常暖和。中央空调超级好！前一天住迪士尼附近差点冻感冒。
洗漱干湿分离，浴头超级超级大，特别舒服！
冬季的上海这个位置这个价位，太香了！！！
早餐很丰盛！

🚗 交通：交通方便，地铁不远。附近吃的店多，离剧院五六分钟的路程。
🧹卫生：可以，挺整洁的
🔔服务：前台小哥帮忙换了个有窗的房，有问题及时回复，挺好的。
🍃环境：环境挺好就是太热了…😂
