进入大门是一片荷花池 酒店里麪是江南式的景色 房间前台给我们安排的非常好很大还有我喜欢的大浴缸，办理入住有小甜点在朱家角这一片这个酒店是比较好的小巧且精致，最后谢谢前台小美女赵媛以及小张为我们此次出游画上完美的句点。

The hotel was very nice. The reception people speaks good english. They helped us very good with the our questions and showed us the room by guiding us to it. The room was very clean and beuatiful with a very nice view. The environment was very silence. The lunch food was good. It is very easy to go to the other villages in the neighboorhood by Didi.

5.1带父母出行预订的，非常满意一次行程。酒店不大，但是一步一景，中式园林设计深受父母的喜爱，随便一个角落都非常出片。小长假虽然满房，但是服务都非常到位，对需求响应也非常快，并没有因为人多有怠慢。尤其前台曹小姐，解决需求问题态度和速度都非常快，体验感很好，非常满意的一次入住体验。

养老型酒店吧，比较安静。第一天很晚入住，第二天一早拉开窗帘，一面大白墙。第一次住到墙景房酒店。窗上留着上一户孩子的贴纸…衞生间墙上也留有沐浴露上的封条贴。泳池要下午一点才开。

进门的时候被景色震撼到，非常江南，同时这次在宽璟感受到了酒店管理方的用心和热情的服务，我夫人过生日期间酒店用心做了布置和生日礼物，非常感谢。这是一家隐藏在小区里面的酒店，面积不大，建筑风格很江南，房间设计还是比较精致。值得推荐上海周边的staycation或者在朱家角度假。提一点小的建议：在酒店路过服务人员，我们都会微笑，但除了前台，其他的人员基本不会理你

宾馆徽派风格，旁边的莲池风景也好！和周边的风景相映成趣。Check in柜枱服务员工作专业，迎来送往都有小礼品，有欢迎欢迎水果，宾馆餐饮也不错。

服务人员很好，前台服务热情周到，事事有回应。就是空调制冷效果一般性，晚上有点热。没咋睡好，早上早餐后想在补一觉，前台也帮忙延迟退房时间了。非常感谢入住期间对我们的热情服务

We had 3 rooms for 1 night to visit the ancient town and oriental land. Beautiful hotel, modern rooms and amazing service. Special mention to William who was so friendly, helpful, attentive and great English - he even posted our belongings we left in the room back to us. All in all, great stay

At first I was really impressed with the hotel and decor but because I got there late I was worried about arrival. This said, I had the chance to meet Mr.Wilson at the desk who can speak Chinese and English fluently which makes a big difference as a foreigner he also seemed to understand my culture which is a big plus .
I highly recommend this hotel for the decor setting and exceptional service , I hope to meet Mr Wilson again
