位于市中心的一家瑞吉，交通便利，地库停车也很方便。为了去美琪大戏院看演出，于是选了这家，太近了，过条马路，走几步就到了。酒店的设施、卫生、服务、早餐都很出色，高楼层的景观也很赞，不愧是万豪旗下的高端品牌，实至名归。行政酒廊的服务诚意满满，午餐、晚餐都是半自助的形式，菜单选择很丰富，菜式出品也很有水准，物超所值了。非常感谢曼诺行政酒廊的 Peggy，服务从入住的前一天就开始了，贯穿始终，为我们提供了很多帮助，宾至如归的感觉。

服务特别好，坐着办理入住，行李和快递都会直接送到房间，也会有管家主动来帮你解决问题，为你贴心的准备浴球和晚安牛奶，第一次体验瑞吉的管家服务，果然名不虚传，我入住时的管家Echo Wang非常专业和热情，细致和周到！！

酒店很漂亮，设施设备略老旧，但干干净净
健身房和泳池不大但够用，基本器械都有，泳池22m，最深1.5m，人不多，阳光可以透过屋顶照到泳池里，搭配彩色的泳池地砖，非常漂亮～
工作人员们很热情，尤其很感谢管家ICEY精心帮我们安排好了一切??

We had an unforgettable staycation at the St. Regis Jingan Hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Tina. Her warm hospitality and meticulous attention to detail made my partner’s birthday celebration truly special. Tina went above and beyond, coordinating every aspect of the surprise with precision—arranging a beautiful birthday cake, fresh flowers, and ensuring everything was perfectly set up in our room before our arrival. Her thoughtful gestures and proactive approach created a seamless and memorable experience that we will cherish forever.
The hotel itself was impeccable, with luxurious facilities and a welcoming atmosphere that made our stay truly relaxing. The 24/7 room service and housekeeping team were outstanding, ensuring our every need was met with professionalism and care. 酒店位于上海中心地段，房间非常大，窗外风景优美，不管硬件还是服务都是超一流，确实是很好的选择！入住过程很高效，还是要表扬一下LEON和ECHO，非常礼貌和善，入住效率很高，早餐选择也很多，有很多水果和坚果，都是我喜欢吃的，这次没有去健身房，下次去健身房看看??！

Definitely need to improve breakfast (queue for about 15 min just to take a seat, very poor assortment even of Chinese dishes). Carpet and furniture in the rooms shall be taken care of (hair and stains). Staff (especially night shift) very helpful and friendly. The hotel supposed to be gorgeous but as a fact it is tending to be tired and shabby (I mean the rooms, not public areas), even bed linen has holes, unacceptable for a 5*.
