Nice comfy room in a location that is accessible via 10 to 15 mins walk to major walking streets and shopping malls. Internet network however seems to have some trouble around the hotel area.

My stay at The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan was nothing short of extraordinary. The impeccable hospitality, the lobby’s opulent Art Deco design set the tone for a truly luxurious experience.
The room was a sanctuary of elegance, floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the Jingan skyline. The attention to detail, from the personalized butler service to the nightly turndown amenities, exceeded expectations.
Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated steps from Nanjing Road and Jingan Temple, blending convenience with serenity.

I enjoyed my stay at St. Regis Shanghai Jing’an very much. The hotel is very beautiful and the service is very professional and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom and coffee & tea amenities are very good. Nice selection in the minibar as well. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. Location is also very convenient. Highly recommend!

Elegant lobby with professional and friendly staff. Room and bathroom are bright! Close to a lot of coffee shops. Would stay here if we travel to Shanghai again.

瑞吉的管家服务真的很贴心 这次出行正好碰上生理期 管家Lucy Lin非常非常非常贴心！不仅送来了红糖水还拿了自己的暖宝宝来给我缓解生理痛！然后点外卖不小心点到了生的馄饨 Lucy还帮我拿去餐饮部用鸡汤给我煮熟！因为Lucy的贴心 下一次再到上海还是会选择瑞吉！！谢谢Lucy 林婵玉给我一次非常舒服和暖心的入住体验

近一年每次到上海都住瑞吉，闹着取静，位置极其便利。早晨可以沿着石门路往雕塑公园跑步，步行10分钟就到太古汇。前台入住的管家服务特别好，客服打扫及时，开夜床也会提前跟客人确定时间，总之很满意。上次住的卡洛琳套房，视角没有行政客房好，行政房正对东方明珠。

酒店所处地段非常好，硬件设施软件服务一流，餐饮也很好，中餐西餐都好吃，尤其是日料店石亭的食材都非常新鲜。

相对曼谷和新加玻St.Regis，体验感差距很差！不知道这个所谓铂金酒店怎么来的！当天酒店有重要人物入住，酒店管理很混乱！健身房更衣室尿味很重
