给朋友订的 他第一次来上海 表示这家地理位置绝了！
出入超级方便 本来我想去看看酒店的 但是实在无法走开 图片是朋友转给我的～
前台服务很好且貌美 朋友一直在夸走了送退房礼 朋友很满意 表达下次来还要住这里！
早餐soso 可以选择无早餐 去外面吃好吃！

Good location & good hotel service staff. Rooms are as illustrated . The only downside will be the lift. Will take quite awhile to wait for the lift as is sharing with the whole building (residential areas/hotel/bars) . Overall is all good . Will recommend this place .

Excellent stay—spotless rooms, attentive staff, and a prime location close to shops and cafes. Loved the cosy atmosphere and would happily book again.

Hotel is in an old building, and only a few floors are owned by the hotel. LOTs of ppl waiting for the lift at the building. Lift have strong cigarette smell. Bedsheets and pillow case were also not changed daily. We had 3 pax but everyday only gave 2 set of towels. Room is big but toilet have sewage smell.

酒店地理位置很好，在九江路上，隔一条街就是南京路步行街。房间在22楼房间视野很好可以看到南京路，走路10分钟带娃去逛南京路乐高店，mm豆店好方便呀

体验极差，可以说是我住过最糟糕的酒店（实际上更像个改造民宿）。
卫生方面：浴缸明显没有清洁干净，非常脏。
服务态度：前台回应敷衍，缺乏解决问题的意愿和能力。
早餐品质：多年来遇到过最差的，种类少、食物都是凉的、难吃，就餐环境拥挤不堪。
最令人无法接受的是：房间内持续每分钟发出“滴滴”蜂鸣声，严重扰眠。我们入住的是2206房，当晚向前台反映后，对方仅表示无空房可换、也解决不了问题，只能提供耳塞。此前已有其他客人反馈过相同问题，说明该隐患长期存在却未处理——据称是因为隔壁是监控室。酒店只为赚钱而出售这间房，完全不顾住客体验，实在令人失望。
这种对待客人的态度，严重影响对当地的印象。
ps：给我补了几十块钱，就不给你全部最低分了，感激一下我吧hhh

True! If was not because of it location, the price and the hotel quality, are really incompatible.
The breakfast is a shame!

I had a pleasant stay here and shunshun help with changing my room to a better room after the previous room had some issue. Very kind of them. Will stay here again in the future.

个人觉得这家酒店是我目前住过相对来说最好的。价格呢也不便宜，我是650订的豪华那种大床房有街景，一开始是天窗的，然后前台给我升级了街景的。 酒店临近南京路步行街窗口就直接能看到南京路步行街的街景，这一块儿的话非常满意。房间的话跟其他房客描述的一样，就相对来说比正常的房间高度要低一些，没有一般酒店的那种高度，但是整体他可能是2025年刚新开业的，整体还是蛮新的。唯一的缺陷是他没有洗衣房，嗯，这个价格不配备洗衣房，没有洗衣机，我觉得还是有点遗憾的。还有就是早餐不是很丰富，我是含双早的，但是也是100多块钱，但是质量并不高。
