首先，这间酒店很奇怪，定位都是找不到的。所有打车司机都找不到这个地方。其次，这家酒店的职员非常不专业且没礼貌；列明14:00入住，我们一行人14:15打算check in，待我们等待check in 后，结果前台说房间还没清洁好，叫我们一个小时才回来。我们决定先去吃饭，1900回到酒店，结果职员找了很久都没找到我们的行李，行李卡上写了三个行李，但只拿了一个出来，更恶劣是，因为check in 时他没有给我房卡，我就跟行李的职员说要拿房卡，结果前台一直拿着我的证件打着台，大声喝骂我们「怎么回事！？」，超恐怖！但订单已经不能取消了，我们也很累，就只能继续住。回到房间，卫生程度也不好，床单有污迹，发黄。台面我们一擦就灰，厕所设计需要摸黑，洗手台后有刷牙的污迹。我们另外买了一次性床单才能住。第二天，我们也已经早早退房，在大堂收拾行李时，然后他们有个职员刚好问了入住感觉，就说了一下，这个职员很好很有礼貌，并说会退款小部分作出赔偿，因为这个职员本来也没那么生气。回到香港后我先收到酒店说的9折赔偿，但之后我决定的时候，就拒绝赔偿了，结果她说的赔偿原来也是骗骗我们的，都气笑了。奉劝大家千万不要去。人生安全都成疑。

房间环境非常不错、在市中心交通便捷的地方、这个价位住到这么大的房间已经非常完美了、这次是出差然后小朋友来一起玩、非常愉快的入住体验、酒店距离地铁口走路五分钟、酒店大堂很好找、人脸识别进入非常方便、专属高层电梯直达、总的来说非常舒适、白天偶尔有一点装修的声音、店家及时退补了差价

网上查了非常多的评价，锁定了这家酒店。位置真的没的说了，步行街近在咫尺，到外滩距离也是可以接受的范围。比起在车里堵着，还是闲庭信步来的舒服。酒店服务也挺不错，免费给升级了22楼的景观房，望着熙熙攘攘的广场，真是闹中取静，视野一级棒。一楼有个海鲜大排档，每天都人满为患，可能是网红餐厅，一直排队，我们没有凑热闹，但喜欢海鲜的朋友可以去试一下。周边蛋糕店咖啡屋各种便利，各取所需。

第一：明明用了升级房型的权益，8月21号还让携程客服打电话给酒店再三确认过：要安静安静安静的房间，房型升级到行政街景房，办入住前台当没看见！房间就像个阁楼，房顶低得压抑，就像评价里说的完全像公寓楼吧！发现房型不对后去跟前台沟通，接着携程帮我沟通，酒店完全无任何措施，最后还是携程单方面给出了解决方案，给携程点赞！！！
第二：说了无数次的“安静安静安静” 到房间就被刺耳的装修声吵到脑壳疼，这里如果能分享录音我就发了！到酒店中午，孩子本来要午睡休息会的，被吵得只能出去，房间压根呆不住啊，其实21号携程来跟你们沟通的时候，你们完全可以早点说！我就不会选择这里！！！附近多的是酒店，玩累了就想回酒店休息会再出门，但是………………大无语??

I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment/hotel. The place was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed.

We stayed only during the day. Excellent place to relax and refresh. Everything was new and clean. Good view from the window. Reception staff very friendly, helped us to store the luggage outside our booking hours so that helped a lot. Building from outside looks a bit scary at first but inside was great. Highly recommend?

Disappointing Experience , Misleading Room, Poor Service, and Zero Accountability
This hotel was a letdown from day one. The lobby was chaotic, with a strong foul odors spreading through the corridors and smell of smoke in the corridors . No one helped with our luggage up to the room , which added to the poor welcome.
The room didn’t match the listing it lacked the washing machine and mini kitchen shown in the app. When we complained, they offered a bigger room, but it came with a hallway view, not the city view we paid for, which is unacceptable regardless of room size, so I refused.
The air conditioning was weak, and the fan that already provided wasn’t a bonus , it was compensation. After complaining, they gave us another fan , so the room ended up filled with noisy 2 fans.
The next morning, we were woken at 8:20 AM by loud drilling above our heads. when we complained the staff’s solution was we can offer you Earplugs??When I said I couldn’t sleep, they simply said it’s legal to work from 8 AM — 6 PM no apology, no real help.
elevator was poorly ventilated, lacking fresh air circulation to the point that additional fans had to be installed .
I booked 6 nights, and this all happened in just the beginning. Thanks to Trip.com customer support for stepping in, because the hotel clearly couldn’t care less.
I do not recommend this place . misleading listings, unhelpful staff, and a very poor guest experience.

图1图2是打开窗的街景，这个位置，不用我多说了吧??
这次来上海主要是看埃及国家文物展的，酒店走去南京东路2min；走去上海博物馆南门1km，13min左右，位置真的没话说。干净卫生，寸土寸金的市区，房间都不算小，很nice??房间内送了矿泉水，小冰箱内送了可乐雪碧，强烈推荐。
