酒店的环境真的很好，工作人员也很热情，酒店在举办活动还有很多可爱的玩偶，即使在满房时阿姨也会非常热情的打招呼并且高效工作，电话联系宾客服务也没有因为入住率很高影响效率。酒店各处都有很多圣诞装扮，很有节日的氛围。位于酒店内的自助牛肉火锅性价比很高??

环境：房间很大很宽敞，竟然还有阳台！远处能看见夏阳湖小公园，绿油油的视角特别好。阳台上看楼下还有个小型动物园，早上喝着咖啡看看风景挺悠哉的！
衞生：房间一尘不染的，洗护用品的味道也挺好闻的，很贴心还有身体乳！这个很赞！

Our experience was great! Andrew, the hotel staff, helped us upgrade our room. He was so nice and friendly! Overall, our stay at Crowne Plaza Xiayang Lake was memorable, with the peaceful view and atmosphere, we will definitely go back! Thank you all! ????

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Shanghai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality. From the moment I checked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and attentive service that made me feel right at home.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything a traveler could need. The facilities are excellent, from the dining options to the fitness center, everything is maintained to a high standard.
What truly stood out was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were always ready to assist, whether it was with directions, recommendations, or just a friendly conversation that made the stay more personal and enjoyable.

Lovely hotel with amazing views and breakfast. I really recommend this hotel to someone who doesn’t like crowded places and seeking for peace. The only one thing that still improbable is when the temperature outside drops the aircon does not work well.

住的儿童主题套房，房间里小朋友玩的东西还是充足的，毕竟酒店的儿童乐园太迷你了，这点来说算是实实在在的了，也没有公共区域小朋友冲撞和卫生的安全问题。房间还赠送了不少小零食，吃的喝的都有，小孩一下就满足了。
提供小朋友的床品、拖鞋浴袍和洗漱用具，房间没有可以问room service要。
早餐就比较呵呵的，餐品品种少，桌椅窗帘全是深色，灯光还很昏暗，完全无法开启元气满满的一天……
酒店卸货区附近有个小型动物园，有山羊兔子孔雀猪，可以投喂，旁边的户外游乐只有一个小区style滑滑梯。
总的来说，这家酒店是有点年头了，装修过时，设施也比较老旧。性价比不高。
推荐去旁边的夏阳湖逛逛，步行即到，夏天的晨风吹吹，别提多惬意啦！
