和先生结婚纪念日，选择了和平饭店。作为上海市标建筑，从内到外都没啥好说的。都好都好。但是！不得不说，虽然现在酒店的管理方是加拿大费尔蒙集团，但是作为国有资产，房间内挂的壁画还是要好好审核吧。挂着西方传统文化中蔑视中国人的细眼难看丑化中国人的壁画，很是无语。设施缺的两颗星就是这原因。

和平饭店里面充满着古色古香的建筑气息，服务也是很周到的，前台的LISA很有服务行业的专业和善良，对有小朋友的房间很是照顾，我们的套餐包括了西饼屋的点心，原来以为就是小饼干之类的，结果却是满满大份的食物，足够两个成人吃饱，饭店的游泳池也很干净卫生，炎炎夏日去游了两场，很舒适，还有和平博物馆也值得一看，早餐更是不错，自助型的中式早餐，比某些五星的定餐模式要诚意太多，如果一定需要点建议的话，就是最后三张照片，去游泳的路上看到这种古董灯有太尖锐的底部特点，如果安装上面稍有不慎，可能会造成不该发生的影响吧，建议换成底部圆形的古董灯，另外就是房间里的花瓶也是不适合亲子家庭，很容易被小朋友碰倒，也建议带孩子的家庭住宿的时候注意先藏好花瓶。

Wonderful hotel and a special experience. Great service from the very beginning. We were able to check in early after our long flight and take some immediate rest. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Terence who went above and beyond to help with a medical issue. Terence is a credit to the hotel and brand, we could not ask for better care. Also Vivi who gave us a wonderful tour of the hotel in English. Breakfast is one of the best we have experienced.

Fantastic hotel for a short trip to Shanghai. Very close to the Bund and major attractions. Great service from the concierge, especially from Alfred and Peter. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great Chinese food at the Dragon and Phoenix. See you again next time !

The hotel really lives up to its name, the room was very large and cozy, although the hotel was constructed much long ago, its facilities are modern yet reminiscent of the 1930's era. The service was outstanding, they offered to help transport luggage as well as offering us a small tour of the hotel and guided us to our room. Overall, the hotel has everything you need with a populous street market beside, you couldn't possibly need more.

I’ve lived and traveled around China for 6 years and have been to Shanghai countless times trying many different types and levels of hotels. The Fairmont Peace Hotel is by the far the best I’ve ever experienced in Shanghai thus far. The service at check in was fantastic and friendly and so accommodating. The lady spoke perfect English which helped me a lot and went so far as to walk us to our room and explain some key points. All staff are wonderful and smiling and so willing to help. The room was clean and quiet and had all the modern finishings to make life easy while blended into a beautiful and traditional style. The Jazz Band is a must see and the small museum is lovely. The Phoenix Restaurant produced some delicious food. Overall I cannot stop singing the praises of this hotel. Also location is fantastic for tourists. Right on the Bund and close to subway stations and taxi pickup points if needed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the piece of history. Service was excellent. I told the front desk our room was too warm for our liking. The service manager came to our room & had our issue resolved
