直接从虹桥机场经过虹桥高铁站走到酒店，但因为不知道可以从虹桥站地下直接走到酒店，绕了好久拿着行李爬上爬下花了很长时间才走。建议可以做个标示或解説。
另11月的上海有点凉，但房间空调实在有点太暖了，调低也没用，关了又太闷。
虽然有上列的状况，但是还是一个不错的酒店，有需要住靠近虹桥的时候还是会考虑住这。

The receptionist was nice and upgraded my room based on my request. I arrived quite late but found the room to be quite hot at 27 deg C even though I adjusted the air condition to 18.5. Later it was found that the room is at the far end so there is no way to lower the temperature. So I must change room at almost 2am after I have settle all my things at the previous one. The worst part is that I must wake up at 6am the next day so not much sleep that night. I think the hotel is running old and need upgrading to maintain the brand image. Overall the experience is not too bad.

每一处细节都特别贴心，我一个人带两个孩子中转在酒店住一晚，出了虹桥火车站过天桥走四百米左右就到。酒店帮我们升级了大床套房，设施服务都非常到位，三层丁露Lucy帮我铺了梳化床，贴心帮我拿了水和增添浴巾，非常感谢。酒店自助早餐也品种齐全。
酒店周边购物美食都很方便。

This is our re-visit of the hotel. I don’t know why, but it just felt homey instantly (usually it will take me a night to get used to the room), it’s just comfortable with peaceful ambiance and soft lighting. The breakfast was amazing and it really helped to start our day in a pleasant way! We also had a pleasant interaction with the room-service robot who delivered bottle water to our room twice ?? You just had to try it!!! too bad I couldn’t hug the robot ?? I also like the Hotel’s good and combined use of technology and human service. I called from the room to ask for bottle water, and it was answered by a lady who said they will send a Robot to deliver. (In another hotel, I also made a call from the room with a small request, but it was an auto answer where you had to talk to a machine and dial the numbers when prompted, which often ended in frustration). Other than that, just one suggestion, I thought the quality of the toiletries and slippers provided could be better compared to the peer hotels, yea, especially for the slippers, they felt too synthetic compared to the slippers from the other two hotels I stayed at during this travel. Overall, great stay, pleasant experience and will revisit!

非常不错。在虹桥火车站附近。早餐非常丰富。中餐和西餐的品种都比较多。出差住宿选择这个酒店。还是很棒的。

这家是距离虹桥站最近的酒店之一，位置绝佳，强烈推荐。行李不多的话早上步行10-15分钟就进站了。临近地下商场可从地下一路火车站走到酒店。酒店整体风格简洁偏商务，对于在虹桥站周边办事换乘的非常方便，口罩期间也住过，管理细致，早餐也不错。经常满房，满房会给老客户升级房型。接待处耿小涛经理干练周到，耐心解答我需求。
