比较匆忙订的当天的，房间乾净整洁，早餐品类很多，孩子觉得好吃，住的也很好，下次还会选择住，就是晚上睡觉空调声音微微有点重

服务：着重説一下这个服务，这个酒店的每一个服务员见了客人都会问侯一声，前台的小哥哥华英俊特别好，给我们房间免费升级，我要续房他还教我在网上怎么买才划算，酒店前台就应该要像华英俊这样负责的人，前台还有两个小姐姐也很好方芳 罗世雅都很细心
设施：还有这个酒店值得表扬的地方是早餐特别丰富，餐厅里的厨师和服务员都很有礼貌。以后来上海这家酒店是我的首选??

连续三天房间没冷气，早上六点室温27度，根本睡不着，酒店只是提供一小型水冷风扇，跟大堂经理反应，好像爱理不理，连一声唔好意思都没有，对凯悦这牌子彻底失望，跟上次住的扬州凯悦太大对比。

We have been Shanghai servers times.But Hyatt impressed most by its tremendous facilities and extraordinary services. Especially for those who worked in the lobby and restaurant. Hennessey and Joe delivered us a unforgettable memories for this stay. BTW ,Yuki and Leo as well.
