We went there for our anniversary and the staff were so nice, they decorated the room for us and offered us a free cake and a box of chocolate.
As the weather was dry, we asked Luigi, a member of staff, for some more body cream and bottled water. He then offered us extra body cream and bottled water promptly.
The room was very clean and there wasn't a single dust on the floor.
If we visit Shanghai again, we'll stay here again for sure.

酒店位置一线江景，前厅部副经理Carson服务非常周到，还安排了房间免费升级，18楼View很好，房间宽敞，床品也舒适，入住体验很好。下午茶和很精致，味道不错??

非常满意的住宿体验，很喜欢浴盐和配的清柚味香皂，开夜床服务也做的很到位，走的时候有安排送行，服务很周到。前台Neeko小姐姐很有亲和力，介绍很细致。非常满意。
唯一可能有点缺点的是早餐。餐厅想兼顾中西，但是既没有西式的烟燻三文鱼，也没有想在上海吃的蟹黄汤包，有点可惜吧

办理入住时，他细心察觉到我们对行程尚不熟悉，便主动提供了一份手写标注的周边交通与餐饮建议，并提前为我们升级了能看到江景的房间，説是希望我们能更享受上海的夜晚。次日清晨，他特意询问同行的孩子是否需要小童浴袍和拖鞋，这种无需提醒的周到，真正体现了东方待客之道的精髓。
Wenbo的服务超越了流程，充满了对“人”本身的尊重与关照，让我们感受到这不仅仅是一家奢华酒店，更是一个有温度的港湾。文华东方“传奇服务”之名，在他身上得到了最生动的诠释。

Mandarin Oriental Putong is a great hotel value for money. Their service is attentive, quick check in, concierge was helpful. The twin room is quite spacious, it would be great if they offer twin double bed. Breakfast has quite good variations. The hotel is relatively small compared to other five star hotels, the lobby was small, not as grand as l would expect, there are not many rooms on one floor too. It has great river view and is right next to 东方明珠.

MO is MO. The best class in the world. The service is excellent. But the morning buffet can be better in terms of taste. Not say not good, but not best in class, compared to other similar class hotel

套房确实很有特色，孩子爱不释手，但就是被对面的外国客人时差和晚上的happy耽误了休息，但是服务还是很好的，位置上的话到周围中心只能打车，孩子爱上了洗护用品的味道
