酒店服务态度良好，房间整洁净，有地暖，地方宽敞，放两个衣箱都无问题，乾湿分离，床褥舒适，邻近食市多。

Very good hotel located in the middle of the city .The hotel has three floors. The rooms are very nice with good amenites such as a heating floor, an oxigen machine, an electronic assistant (haha but you need to speak Chinese).The receptionists are polite and helpful and they even have a very cute cat. It is two minutes away from the main square. Recommended!

It’s a simple hotel without lift but they do help with luggages to the room. It’s challenging when check out to bring it down though as the hotel staff is not there. Hotel is at the side of the town so easy to move around

先评价好的：
1. 两位小哥友好认真。一共只住了三天但是提供了接站送站。
2. 房间有地暖，加湿器，可连接氧气如果有需要。也有小度智能管家。
3. 位置在古城边上很方便。附近吃的也挺多。
4. 三楼有洗衣机。可自己在晒衣绳上晒衣服。
现在评价有待改进的：
1. 衞生一般。房间看的见的地方有打扫过，看不见的地方不打扫。我坐在地上取暖发现桌子下面都是灰。垃圾桶的边上也挺脏的。第一天很累想睡迟一点。打扫的阿姨在走道上嗓门非常大。
2. 我因为怕吵要了三楼的房间结果更吵。我的房间（在晒衣服的边上）楼上是水泵。不懂为什麽从第三天开始每逢几分钟房间就会听到打水的声音然後会震动。阿章小哥建议换房但是我最後一天懒的收拾再换房间了。建议不要住那间房。
3. 房间wifi信号很不好。基本我都是用自己流量的。断了又连又断。
最後希望老板老板娘看到我的评论，能对你们家多多（布偶猫）好点。 布偶猫本来就比别的猫个子要大，每天关在那麽小的笼子。宠物也是家人，也要真心对待。四个月的猫都没有人玩，如果因为怕打碎东西就每天都要被关起来，又何必要养猫。我只在你们民宿呆了三天，但是每次去看他，他的碗里连水都不没有。只喂乾粮的猫因为饮水少，本来就容易得肾病。在香格里拉这麽乾燥的天气里更应该多给水。我一个陌生人看到都心疼。希望看到我的评论能对你们有所触动。

Well located bnb just few minutes walk to old town. Was very advanced despite being in a rural area, with smart fittings and even voice recognition!
Some issues were lack of lift to bring up and no air conditioning.
Howver, staff were very helpful to carry luggage up and help us on our tour plans! Even extended one additional day as there was too much to do in shangri la.
Good value for money, will definitely consider coming back again. Thx!

Highly recommended stay. The room was very spacious and clean and modern contemporary design. Perfect location which conveniently located just walking distance to the Dukezong ancient town and there’s many restaurants located nearby. Friendly and accommodating staffs that helps on arranging a tour for me and providing transportation services to high-speed railway station.

房间布局很不错，是小度智能家居设计，整体住下来乾净衞生，安排入住的两个小哥老板也都是耿直善良的小青年。还有免费接机服务，很棒，下次来继续住这里！
