All perfect.. staff was very nice, assist you anytime.. free pickup from train station.. u can rent the electric bike for just 39yuan only for 24hrs..
For muslim traveller : got a few halal restaurant nearby.. just rent electric bike and ride.. no need helmet..

This lodging is situated 10 minutes walk away from Dukezong ancient town on a quiet hill. There is no lift but the lodging is 3 stories high and does not require a lift (in my opinion). There is oxygen facilities as Shangri-La is situated 3000m above sea level. They even have free pick up and drop off services. However, do inquire early as the host is a married couple who are running the hostel by themselves, this means that they drive and pick up their guests personally.
The host of this lodging is helpful, kind and patient. We did not have any issues navigating Shangri-La with their help. Whenever we left the lodging, the host would recommend us to bring an umbrella or to bring some UV protection (UV jackets, umbrella or sunblock) based on the weather. On some days there were fresh oranges which they offered to us before we left the hostel too, it was certainly a nice touch. On the days when we did not know where to go and what to eat, they helped to recommend us other sights to see and food places which catered to our palate. The restaurants which they recommend were what they had eaten before which catered to our taste and palate and most importantly, the restaurants they recommend are not tourist traps.

I appreciate the efforts the host made to resolve the issue we encountered. They were trying their best. The hotel is well renovated with good taste.

Very nice and clean hotel. The boss is very nice and responsive to my questions. He helped to provide many tips to get to the places I wanted to visit.
Good location. Short comfortable walk to the main city area
They shared their fruits and food with me a few times. They also gave me a souvenir when I was leaving the hotel.
There is an oxygen generator in the room if you are having altitude sickness.
The best part is that transport to the train station is offered, and free laundry.
Best hotel of my yunnan trip so far!

Good choice of staycation at Shangri-La. Owner is really friendly and helpful at all time. Location is also great as nearly to ancient town of Dukezong. The facilities needed is full filled. Will be my first choice for my next visits here.

民宿在古城里面，大厅很开阔，布置的很巧妙，我们的房间在二楼，因为隔壁客人没有时间换房间了，我们就入住了双床房，和其他民宿的双床不一样，这家的是分开的，显得空间非常大，房间里面有加湿器和氧气机，厕所和浴室也是干湿分离的，两个独立的空间，房间遮光效果也很好，住了两天都睡的很好。老板都特别热情，走的当天点了外卖在大厅吃，正好赶上老板家的饭点，热情邀请我吃，很不好意思??，饭菜很美味～

卫生：非常干净整洁无可挑剔
环境：进房间的瞬间有被惊艳到大大的落地窗，窗外是蓝天白云太美了
服务：老板人非常好，订房间没有注意看有接机服务，老板当天直接打电话给我们问我们几点到可以去接我们????????，应该是老板娘吧也非常细心给我们拿箱子真的非常好，看到这家民宿一定要订真的很好，环境很干净舒服

大家不要放过这家民宿都来住！真的特别好！！我第一次写这么多字评价。
我和闺闺进到这间房的时候，两个人都在震惊很大很干净，房间特别符合我们的审美。老板很热情啊非常贴心。
房间里面有加湿器、供氧器、投影仪、还有一些防护设备什么的。除了正常的一次性物品居然还有有一次性的毛巾和浴巾（除了这家我以前住的酒店都没有遇到过提供一次性浴巾跟毛巾的）
还提供接送到高铁站或者机场，入住的时候还送了水果。
我发烧了，老板送我去诊所，很感动
临走的时候还送了我和我闺蜜小挂件
还有很多小事，反正真的很好

房间面积很大，很干净，一次性用品很齐全，房间外面的露台视野很好。老板很热情，让老板帮忙洗了两次衣服，洗完烘干之后香香的很干净，还没入住的时候就打电话说可以接送，服务很到位很周到，推荐的餐厅很好吃，没有踩雷，很好的入住体验，下次还会来。

设施：设施齐全，智能，窗帘都是智能的
卫生：每天都会打扫卫生，而且浴巾和毛巾都是一次性的，每天都会定时更换打扫
环境：环境很好，干净，漂亮
