设施齐全，房间很宽敞干净，老板两人都是很好的人??天冷借了衣服给我和我朋友，还帮我们抓虫子，临走送了小挂件什么的，特别温暖。总体住下来放松舒适，很推荐。补一句，装修很好看呢，三楼露台景观很漂亮（房间内没拍照片）

非常非常好的名宿！
名宿在古城内，出行很方便，去吃饭和附近的景点都很近，名宿内还有电瓶车可以出租特别方便
刚到名宿就有水果老板也会热情帮忙拿行李，服务态度特别好！算是我云南旅行里遇到过服务最好的名宿了，我去的时候刚好有房间空出来还帮我升级了房型，房间的视野也很开阔，观景很好，真的很推荐大家来这家
还有接送站服务！真的超级方便了 可以省去打车的时间来游玩

我从来没有住过这么舒适的民宿啦，入住前就提前联系到达时间，提供接站接机服务，到达民宿后发现民宿位置离古城，龟山公园等景点特别近，服务周到，有求必应型！各个要求都可以满足，细致到还可以洗衣服并烘干，跟老板聊天得知，民营民宿装修不久，不会像很多开了很多年的民宿设施较老，这里设施和装修都很新，并且舒适，屋内提供供氧机，加湿器，投影仪等，我们小情侣住的很舒适，听说这里基本每天都满房，真诚果然是必杀计！要来香格里拉玩的话这里是住宿不二选择，按头推荐！

设施：可以看出来这个酒店是新开的，卫生设施很干净，洗浴和卫生间是分开两个的，还有个小阳台，晚上吹吹风吃吃水果很悠闲，三楼阳台还有个望远镜，可以看到古城中央的塔，地理位置还不错，里中心近，但是不吵。
服务：我们刚来第一天下雨了，小阳台地面有点点脏，前台老板娘拖了三次，真的很细心，我们只住了两天，但是老板接站与送站，最后还赠了我们两个转经筒，服务态度超级好了。

Superb host and superb place to stay. 100% satisfied with the experience. Hotel was clean, aesthetic and has all amenities provided. No aircon is not a problem since Shangrila is already cold.
Location is great with good views of the mountains and hotel even has a telescope for viewing of attraction from far.
Hotel owner and staff were hospitable. The husband picked us up in ancient city in the middle of the night as when we were lost. He also sent us to the train station after checkout. 10/10 recommend to book this hotel, you will not regret it.

Contacted owner a night before arrival and he waited for our arrival at the train station 10 minutes even before our arrival. We were greeted warmly at the reception with hot tea and lucky us, early check in was available. Owner carried our 25kg-heavy luggage to the room and introduced us the usages of moisturiser, oxygen supply, controllers etc. Room was spacious, clean and neat, comfortable for the two of us, overlooking the temples just from the window. Plus points were definitely the comfy bed, pillows, LED projectors with variety of shows and clothes hangers! Toiletries, bath towels, face towels were all disposable, ensuring tip-top hygiene. Daily room cleaning with unlimited water bottles supply. There are washing machine and drying machine that the staff were so helpful to help us with laundry- all we needed to do is just pass them our dirty clothes and waited to be returned. One evening we came back in cold, the reception staff immediately offered us hot ginger tea. Location is merely just 5 mins walk away from the busy streets. Eateries are all around. Regardless, all these do not affect the calm and quiet within the homestay. Perfect homestay with superb hospitality. All you gotta do is enjoy the stay and be rest assured that this homestay management will take good care of you. This is definitely the right homestay for anyone!

Very quiet and pretty homestay. Owner also have free pickup/send off service to railway station/airport.
Room was big and comfortable. Will return to stay :)
