第一次到甘坑古镇，选择了南香楼艺术酒店，之前见评论不错，於是今次选择了艺术套房，地点方便，酒店大堂舒适，服务员有礼。艺术套房一入门口已有衣帽间，大客厅梳化茶机书枱样样齐，大床房很阔落舒适，洗手间很宽敞有2个洗手盆及浴缸，已包括1次性浴缸套方便卫生，不用自己操心去买，整体房间不错，很大都算乾净很舒适，但没注意到客厅原来没有电视，要看电视只能到睡房了，有大大梳化但坐客厅没电视似乎欠缺一点，有点浪费大客厅。套房在走廊最尾，隔音很一般，不知原因整夜听到乒嘭开门关门声音，不能熟睡有点困扰。Wifi网络一般，建议提升网络更好，套房已包括早餐，在侧边凤凰客家餐厅用膳，很方便快捷。退房时职员送上小礼品作纪念，下次可能会再选择别的房间试试。

The hotel is located in very well reserved old Chinese city. Within hakka you have plenty of little shops to eat or you can also take a walk in the nearby nature park.
Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, staffs is very friendly, Chinese only but they are always trying to assist via wechat translate. Note the area is a no car zone, you'll have to walk to the hotel. Pleasant stay ideal for 1-2 nights as a solo traveller.

第一次到甘坑古镇，在Trip上找到这酒店，被她的外型吸引了，名字叫艺术酒店也提供了想像空间。
因为国庆假期，酒店大堂堆满了人，但前台郤没有人，很轻松拿到房卡，房间在2楼，不能说低层，总共只有3层楼。有两部观光电梯，很方便，电梯间就有汉服店，生意挺火。
房间空间足够，舒适，有一个大窗，采光良好。
要说的是早餐只到9：30，来不及吃。

酒店位置在甘坑古镇中,心位置，附近停车场车位充裕，距离酒店少於十分钟步程，亦可乘坐酒店安排的接驳车。酒店房间宽敞舒适，卫生整洁，布置清雅。酒店外大街食店林立，夜景灯光璀灿。

Recepion is very helpful and the service is excellent.
Due to heavy rain, I didn't arrive until 8pm and only one king size bed room available, the reception allowed us to choose any other double bed rooms as compensation.

洒店房间清洁，宽敞，洒店大堂设计富有艺术感，服务员有礼貌，离开时还送我洒店小礼物，很窝心，洒店位置就甘坑古城内，日间可到古城旁的小农场参观（要付费，我订房时加购的，比单买票便宜）附近还有多间食店选择

很开心找到这酒店，酒店很乾净，最让我意外的是他们的小细节。
房间有体重磅，像我这个注重体重管理要每天上磅的超开心，不怕出行吃多了。
有乾湿拖鞋，湿的拖鞋是包装好的有消毒，让我很放心去穿。
浴缸在厕所外面，这样就可以一边看电视一边浸浴，很放松，还配有一次性浴缸套，我一开始进房看到浴缸还有点失望因为我忘记带浴缸套，然後看到他们有送两个真的超开心。
还有升降机旁有厕纸，可能是用来协助按扭的。
这酒店真的很贴心。
唯一美中不足是没有USB插头，我忘了带插头，只有充电线，这样就充不了电话，只能去租充电宝。

Overall is good but just that the lighting at the lobby was too dim. And there wasn’t any safety box in the room which is a minus point.

Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Information given promptly within this old town. Many Shops and restaurants around the area. Hotel staff also helping us to call transport when we check out hotel to city. Will come back in this Hotel again, thank you for the service during we stay.
