酒店位置方便,楼下就是地铁站...附近也有便利店餐厅咖啡店步行去万象城穿过地铁站便行,房间环境清洁卫生前台服务有礼很满意

酒店房间宽敞，设备俱全，建议大床位置放置衣柜或衣架较为方便；早餐简约，职员会送到房间；如果叫外卖，职员也会代为送到去房间。

卫生真的有待改善。
卫生间地下很滑，小朋友老人要小心。
晚上睡觉会一直听到水声，我全家都听到。
前台有时会没人，check out 时等了很久才有人出现。
前台没人，所以外卖员可以自由跟住客上6楼。 没安全感。

This is our 2nd stay at Cresher within a month. Everything was just as we have expected, comfortable room, home away from home and excellent location to get around Shenzhen. Staff were always attentive and friendly. We certainly will be back again. Line 9 is just downstairs and very handy to take one to the lovely Shenzhen Bay Park.

服务很用心，每天的饮用水数量补充非常足够，2个洗手间4人住也好分配，晚上蛮安静的 电梯需刷卡才能上来，多一重安全性，如果早餐可以多一些选择就更好

位置适中，前台服务人员态度亲切，但房内设置欠佳了，原意选择有此类旅店，就预期能在房内可以轻食，但真希望房内没有基本餐用工具、连水杯都只有一个，茶杯都没有，琉璃台上一块抹又没有，纸巾抹手纸也没有，就连垃圾桶也是小得可怜。 床头插座只有一个。

The metro entrance is just right outside the building. The entrance to the lobby is on the left side of the building once you come out of exit A1 of Ludancun station.
The building is modern. The surroundings are clean.
Checking at the reception was smooth at the lobby.
The hallway had a strong smell of Dettol Antibacterial disinfectant.
The apartment was tastefully furnished. The bedding was comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless. The kitchenette was well equipped with quality cutlery which made our stay more enjoyable.
Breakfast was delivered to the apartment. We could leisurely enjoy our breakfast.
The only drawback is the traffic noise in the evening.
It is not an issue if you are tired from walking all day.
Overall it was a great stay for the three of us. I would love to stay here again.
