Excellent service, friendly staff and perfect location.
Apartment is fantastic, we have a duplex and it's in great condition and very clean.

The hotel was having renovations on a floor just above my apartment. It was very loud and went on all day, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. I should have known this beforehand so I could have chosen a different hotel. If there was no further disruption from renovations, it would be a reasonable hotel.

房子的总空间真的很?棒.感觉真的很爽.设施也非常齐全应有尽有.早上八点服务员还会送上好味的早餐.?楼下的厕所里面浴缸非常大very good！?就系毛巾有点烂.?大厅里的空调也够冷，就是两间房的空调冷气不太冷！?

The best place ever , good Location just next to MTR exit , I love it.
The room is big and clean like we see in app.
The staff is nice and helpful.
There is many store around.
Will stay again if I visit Shenzhen next time. ??

已经第二次入住了，房间很大很好，也有再推介朋友入住，如果有机械人送外卖就好了！不过对大家听一班朋友非常适合！

Perfect for what we wanted, metro right outside, although not a convenient station in terms of connectivity. Location itself doesn't have alot of retail, need to walk a bit before funding the usual stuff.

早餐太差了，连个鸡蛋都没有；
服务相当于没有，头一回入住酒店不到11：30就催你退房。我们11：45回房间拿行李卡就已经不好使了。
房间一股尿骚加发霉的味道。
再不会订。此行住的最差的酒店。头一次评价用这么多字。
用一个事实描述一下早餐的简陋程度：四人份的早餐就是四种糕点，四碗凉粥，一碟五毛钱的榨菜。鸡蛋凉菜水果牛奶都是奢望。我在乡村民宿早餐都比这个丰富！图片就是早餐唯一的小菜，五毛钱的咸菜估计够两个房间的。
名字叫万象城店，走路要15分钟吧，就是个迷惑人的幌子。前台人员总不在，不知道去哪偷懒去了。
