Convenient location. Room is spacious but some smell inside the washroom. Floor is not clean. Window is dirty. The surrounding shops are under construction n in the early stage of business therefore there are many empty shops nearby. As we are watching concert, this hotel is perfect as it locates just 10min walk to the concert hall

The swimming pool is not exclusive to people staying at the hotel, which looked more like a public pool...

The hotel.is located right above Houhai Metro Station making it super covenient to move around the city in public transportation.
Rooms are tastefuly decorated and very comfortable. This is the 2nd time I stay at the Hyde and would not choose another hotel. There is a lot of food shops for all tastes and cusines around the hotel too.
However the best asset the hotel has is Miss Della. She was always trying to help and beyond everytime. Plus she always did it with a big smile. She made going into the lobby feel like coming home.

The room was clean and very spacious.
Check-in was quick and efficient, though the staff member at reception didn’t greet me or say a word—just took my passport, which came across as quite rude. Overall, the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming at first. However, this changed on my last day thanks to Della. She was absolutely fantastic—she helped me book a taxi and even walked me outside to make sure I found it. Her kindness and professionalism really turned my experience around.
The hotel’s location is excellent—everything you might need is right nearby.
I was expecting more from the “city view,” though. It wasn’t quite what I had hoped for.

Good location. Just not to exit F of the underground train station. Do not expect too much from this hotel. Everything is basic.

sunny的服务不错，遗留的东西积极的帮忙寄回来了，酒店位置也很好，非常的方便，酒店里的游泳池优其的漂亮，住了好几次了。

☀位置：在11号线后海站f出口，出门步行30米，地铁脚下，位置绝绝子，保利剧院，万象城酒店里面就是商场
🍃环境：因为第一次晚上到达，订的海景房分了个很差的低层，第二天联系chloe前台小姐姐，果断升了高层，也看见了春笋地标，还有天天泡的大浴缸。还去无边泳池游了泳，水没有消毒剂，很清
🔔服务：保洁阿姨每天打扫卫生很干净，一尘不染的。该有的用品都有，毛巾浴巾也都干净。还是重点表扬Chloe,简直是我遇见最好的前台💁了，退房也很快。

酒店入口有点难找，在大楼里的十三层。在大堂发现有自助入住机，自己顺利办理了入住拿到房卡，比排队等人工要快。房间大小舒适，缺点水不够热，镜前灯光太暗，床头没有集中的灯开关。前台苏珊很nice

因为去深圳看肖战而定了这家比较靠近保利剧院的酒店，酒店地理位置很好，离剧院也很近，房间很大，有一个巨大的落地玻璃。酒店前台的小姐姐苏珊服务态度很好，对我们的问题也解答的很周到，下次再过去深圳会再次选择
