是次入住大梅沙一间上年新开的一间新酒店，在携程网标注为五星级，但入住后感觉酒店定位还未达至五星级水平。
但话虽如此，?酒店各方面都做得非常好例如在员工培训方便前台小蓝与小奕服务非常周到另外微信管家亦都回答非常迅速是一个非常好的体验。
另外房间装修漂亮，是次入住还获得免费升级，房间内设有大浸缸和一次性浸浴胶袋提供非常贴心。?地中海风嘅设计令到入住期间恍如地中海般渡假。??入住时还提供早餐，早餐选择非常多绝对适合一家大细入住。?
唯独留意酒店入住有两大缺点，第一，房间厕所有异味相信是喉管接驳出现问题，另外酒店楼下是一个菜市场，从凌晨四点开始就被楼下传上来的剁肉声音骚扰至早上11点。这是个先天性问题，酒店冇办法改变的，如对声音敏感的人士绝对！绝对！绝对！不建议入住因为声音是非常清楚及持续一段长时间非常影响入住体验。
最后整体入住是满意的，撇除对噪音的考量，酒店整体评分是超水准的。?

酒店前台服务员小梁跟小张服务非常周到，有求必应而且非常贴心有礼貌，包了2张早餐券还有2杯酒把饮料。
酒店设施新颖，除了基本的健身室，餐厅??，还设有无边际泳池，网红打卡红色楼梯，还有网红白色天梯。
房间方面，我选择了网红透明浴缸，房间设备齐全，带有露台看风景，无可挑剔的地方，简直完美，风筒还是Dyson的高级设备，节日庆祝选择这酒店简直一流，爆赞！

4月18号复活节入住，酒店新净，装修设计比较新式，好多打卡位，仲附送酒吧饮品+美拍服务，加分；唯一可惜是枕头太软，尝试问前台借乳胶枕，可惜已经没有了，前台提醒下次提早预约，希望酒店可以多增加数量。
最后，前台服务员 小梁 & 小韩 十分友善，会推介给亲朋好友！?下次见！

好久没去海边，周末带家人过来深圳看看海。酒店就在大梅沙附近，到沙滩大概 也就 800 米左右，大梅沙奥特莱斯旁边，对比大梅沙周边自带沙滩的酒店的价格，栖鸾山海酒店的性格比还是很高的。
酒店的地下停车场入口不是很好找，定位也不对，到店的时候绕了几圈也没找着，打了前台电话谘询，在工作人员细心的指引下也很快就找到了，停车场位置也很多，随便停。酒店附近有很多餐馆大排档，离盐田海鲜街也很近，点外卖也有送餐机器人送餐到房间，吃饭什么的也很方便。
酒店开业不久，虽然不算很大，但装修很有特色，感觉跟龙南的大乐之野的风格有点像，也有很多值得拍照打卡的地方和装饰，入住后酒店还会贴心的赠送旅拍卷和泳池吧的饮品卷，不过我们到店比较晚，第二天一早又去大鹏了，都没时间体验。
酒店服务也挺不错的，服务人员态度都很好。除了赠券，办理入住时就送了小童用品，也会添加微信，提供管家服务，办理入住和退房也很快。
房间装修也挺不错，布局挺合理的，尤其是灯光的设定，晚上小孩睡了，我们大人开灯洗澡刷牙什么的基本也不会影响到他们。前台免费升级成带浴缸和投影的房型，晚上玩累了在房间看看电影吃个夜宵也挺不错的。床垫也可以，睡着挺舒服的，迷你吧有一点饮料和零食免费提供，升级后的房型有个小阳台，走出小阳台也能看到一点海景，隔音也不错，基本听不外面的声音。备品标志是祖马龙，但感觉用着不太像。
早上自助品种挺多，质量也不错，还有现拉的肠粉，不过餐厅不是很大，高峰期人多的时候可能需要等位。走出餐厅就是网红楼梯和一个漂亮的空中庭院，健身房也在这一层，不过健身房比较小，时间不够，也没有去锻链。楼梯上去就是空中泳池，在泳池这里也能看到大梅沙沙滩和洲际酒店，泳池这里也挺适合拍照打卡的。
在大梅沙附近，与周末动辄好几千一晚的高端度假酒店相比，栖鸾山海不到 1 千元一晚的真的算超值了，这次时间太紧，以后有机会再来细细体验一下。

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. The design of the rooms I found creative with a touch of Mediterranean vibes, very nice. We were upgraded to a bigger room, which was a nice added touch and we overlooked the beautiful pool area (especially stunning at night when it's all illuminated). The beach is less than a 10 minute walk away, and the entrance to the metro is a mere 5 mins. Breakfast was good, offering both western and Chinese. Staff were pleasant (although I'd suggest your staff in the breakfast area welcome dinners with more of a smile and a cheery welcome!??). Would definitely stay here again.

?????????? Such a Wonderful Stay – Comfort, Food, Everything Perfect!
We really, really enjoyed our time at this hotel! The vibe is so nice, like a peaceful resort but right in the middle of the city. Super convenient!
The Room – Oh my god, so big and beautiful! Very clean, bed so soft, and the design is modern but cozy. We feel like VIP because everything is so nice and spacious. Even the bathroom is luxury!
The Breakfast – Yummy! Every morning we excited to eat because so many choices. Fresh fruit, eggs, bread, local food also available. Coffee is strong and good – just how we like it! Really makes the day start happy.
The Location – Perfect lah! Easy to go anywhere, near to shops and places to visit. But inside the hotel, so quiet and relaxing. Best of both worlds!
The Staff – So friendly and helpful! Always smiling and ask if we need anything. They make us feel like family, not just guests.
Honestly, we don't want to leave! If you want a hotel that feels like a holiday, with big room, delicious food, and nice people – this is the one! We will come back for sure!

Really nice hotel, room was amazing. Kitty at front desk was really nice, even upgraded our room to provide us a better experience. Would for sure come back again next month or maybe tomorrow because of how nice it is, no seriously it is actually so nice to be here , thanks a lot kitty!
