Just opposite the Shenzhen railway station. Convenient and Walkable distance but got to walk a round and cross the street to the hotel. Probably around 8 mins walk with luggage. Cant go via the underpass as there is no escalators.
Abit dated, pillow is too soft for comfy. Hence didn't really sleep well as it's too soft for me. Bed is also not that firm.
Will opt for this hotel mainly for the reason that it's just nearby the train station..
Had my lunch at the hotel. Pasta cost roughly around $20 sgd and is not bad too.

We love the location. Itz walking distance to line 9, Renmin-nan & plenty of malls.?
The room was clean and comfortable. AC was auto set ; it does feel a bit warm when we first entered the room. It gets cooler as time goes on.

The staff were nice and friendly. Everyone was well-trained. The hotel room was unexpectedly small, I was expecting a bit of extra space it being a Shangrila Hotel and the ceilings can be a bit low; and i am just a 180cm guy at that. Overall it was worth the money spent since it was a totally positive experience. Kudos!

酒店房间寛敞，交通方便，搭地铁火车快捷，服务员有礼，豪华阁下午茶，早餐都唔错，虽然品种不多，但坐得舒适，还可以餐点煮蛋包，粉面类。

我订的是山景房怎知进房间一开窗全是高楼大厦告诉他们情况诸多藉口，退房是中午12点的怎知11: 38分搞卫生的阿姨按我什么时候退房我告诉他已经收拾行李准备出门他说那我在门口等你们搞到我们匆匆出门我真不知道这是五星级的服务吗？

订了行政大房，房间宽敞宁静，加了张单人床完全不觉挤拥。酒店贴心的送上水果，在27楼豪华阁的下午茶点也是满惊喜的，2楼早餐食品选择也算多样。一家人使用了健身房的设施，环境乾净整洁，感觉很好。整体而言，这次住宿经验十分满意，性价比高，员工们都亲切有礼，下次来深圳玩，也会考虑入住。

酒店服务好，check in 颇快，但假日住客多，最早都要1点多才可提供房间给我。房间较旧，但设备齐全，wifi够快又收得好，电视又可收到香港电视台。
我要求不吸烟房，但我个房间有烟味，我去告知大堂，客服问我需否换房？还是送台空气清新机到房间给我，随我选择不换房，有部空气清新机绠可，这点值得一赞，下次都会孝虑再入住。

尽管酒店历史较长，但维护不错。酒店位置优越，紧邻地铁站与深圳火车站，去香港过关非常方便。酒店早餐业比较丰富，游泳池虽然在室外，非常乾净，值得再次入住。
