We could not use the machine for self check-in because their system could not find our booking on trip.com, so a staff member had to manually check in for us.
Excellent facilities - they provided lots of trolleys for luggages near the front door/reception area, which I think were quite thoughtful. Our kids used the playground a lot. Would love to use the swimming pool but our room (Studio Queen and Single) was quite small (especially the bathoom) to hang our swim clothes to dry. Coat hangers were provided in the room which could be used to hang swimclothes on to airdry, but with the humidity in Singapore, it would take about 2 days to completely dry.
In the middle of our stay, we found a dead cockroach on the bed (first photo) while clearing stuff to prep the room for daily room service/cleaning. We left it there for the cleaner to handle it, but when we came back at night, the dead cockroach was still in the room (and moved to a different spot this time - second photo), so we cleaned it ourselves.
Not that we are nitpicking, but since the room was small, we had to organise our things around every nook and cranny of the room, and I found the wall under the table near the floor quite dirty.

环境：地段不错，距离地铁很近，交通方便。楼下有便利店，晚上饿了吃东西也方便。咱们东亚人可能会对房间的气味有点不适（主要是电梯里，大堂和房间里没问题。你懂的）
衞生： 房间挺乾净的。
服务：入住稍微排队有点久。作为新加坡来説，似乎会説中文的店员少了些。另外两天的早餐没有给我记录进去，早上去了还要跟服务员解释、确认。
早餐：也许是为了匹配印度裔客人的需求吧，这边的早餐实在是一言难尽…
设施：酒店设施很老啦，但！重要的是，面积真的很宽敞。如果你很不习惯新加坡那种超小户型的房间，这边我强烈推荐。另外，酒店装潢能令你想起黄金的九十年代，説起来还蛮复古和有腔调的。

详细评论见上一次入住。
照片上那个叫裕华国货的地方，在牛车水，是个四层的商场，离酒店不算远，走过去也就15分钟左右。国内很多烟酒茶，副食，包装食品都能在四楼买到，比国内也没贵多少（30-100%吧）。品类很全，超乎我想象。
本人又续住了几天，算是一种认可吧。

地理位置不错，离地铁站步行大概不到5分钟，打车也比较方便，对面走过一条河就是跳河，算是比较市中心的区域了；
衞生：衞生打扫的很乾净，需要打扫的话打开墙上的打扫灯就可以了；
服务：服务也还不错，最後走的时候还送了2罐啤酒和一块F1赛车巧克力当伴手礼；
美中不足的就是：1是房间真的太小了，面积大概也就是国内200以内快捷酒店的大小；2是酒店早餐只有西餐，中餐的麪和汤基本上吃不下去那种，和国内酒店早餐比真的差距太大了。

My first time here. Ok for a short stay. As a matter of fact, I’ve made an advance booking about a year ago for my child’s birthday celebration. He has specifically requested for a swimming pool and a bathtub. I’ve booked it at a rather high rate too, sighhh.. However, he was not available at the eleventh hour! Oh well! By the way, It was rather strange that some of the elevators couldn’t read our room key cards to go to the specific floors! It has caused many of the guests much inconvenience! I went to checkout the swimming pool and it was rather crowded. Hence..I’ve decided to use it early the next morning. But alas..it rained cats and dogs! So, I’ve decided to soak in the bathtub instead. The tap and the stopper were not working properly. Hmmm.. Thank you.

The building is a little old but they have renovated. The corridor carpet is smelly. The water tap was not operating properly. Overall the room is clean, and for 1 night stay is fine.

酒店位置不错，周边环境也很好，散步去新加坡河畔，前台服务很热情，早餐品种丰富，值得推荐！

The hotel has a great location, very close to MRT. It also has everything we need and want, such as restaurants, convenience store, swimming pool, fitness centre etc. Wifi speed was good too, always automatically connected as long as we are in the building.
