First time trying their executive club room with the club benefits. But was alittle disappointed with the person who served us during the check in. He did not mentioned to us what was included in our package like what time is the breakfast, the place for the breakfast and also the timing for the evening cocktail. This need to be improved to provide guests the information needed else they will not know and might missed the evening cocktail. The room was big but abit old and there is no “do not disturb” button. But luckily the staff from club lounge iskandar was very friendly and sociable. He will come and chat with us. He also told us the breakfast place is at level 3. The food selection was okay just that the food was alittle cold and they actually serviced beer on tap and black label! Overall still a pleasant experience.

The room is spacious, but the furniture is old, although very well maintained. The bathroom features a bathtub which is quite inadequate to use the shower safely. Breakfast is reasonable for Western options, however, the coffee machine is excellent. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the MRT and about 15 minutes from China City and Clark Quay.

酒店服务还是挺好的，携程预订服务好非常靠谱，售后稳定，非常满意，酒店房间还可以比较理想的，入住的有点小插曲，不过整体还是满意的

Good breakfast with halal food. Lobby even has a children’s playground. Feels newly renovated.

酒店公共区域环境其实还不错，还有免费泳池。但是给我们房间太狭窄了，订单时间歧视啊。我们一起去的，早一个月订的，就是正常房间，还便宜，包含早餐。晚一个月订的，贵好多，而且没早餐，关键是房间非常窄，只有两米宽，床就顶了墙两头，侧边拉出来一个临时小床，就算是三床了，剩下的空间只够当两个行李箱的。价格一千多人民币一晚上，新加坡这个物价，实在没法让旅游者舒心啊。酒店走廊有免费的水、开水，还有速溶咖啡、茶提供。听他们说早餐还是不错的，但是预订房间早才能含早餐。酒店距离合乐地铁站很近。

Comfy and close to everything. The room was comfortable, and the view was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious but very, very busy. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect English, so there were no miscommunication issues.

Hotel room seem abit old but room is clean. There is a 7 eleven store in the hotel itself, which is very convenient.

我们三个人住了两天，酒店位置不错，在合乐站5号出口就能看见，走5至10分钟路程就到。不过要留意的是从列车到5号出口也有一段不短的路程。
我选的是三人，他只给我安排了一张大床，告知我要额外加床的话，需付60玻币/晚，这些资讯在预约时是没有的，要是有的话，我也未必会预约这间酒店。我那刻也不想另外花钱，三个人两天屈就在一张大床就算了。
房间是挺大的，可以张开几个行李箱，完全没有问题。唯独是洗手间设备有一点点残旧，但也是可以接受的水平之内，遗憾的是去水十分差，不论是洗手盆或是浴室，我洗完澡出来，头发吹干以后，浴室的水还未完全去水。
