  Experience was bad due to AC issues. Had 2 room changed at level 2 but ac issues did not improve. Finally a third room change at 3am to a room at level 3 solve the problem. My guess was the ac wasn’t working for the whole of level 2.

  Short stay for the first time. A normal TV program with limited channels. Can find a 7 eleven nearby with other eateries. Room is small fits only for 2.

  Didn't know that if the person who book the room haven't reach yet must give authorisation letter. Being there so many times n did not have this problems. My partner call me n told me this n I told the NEW hotel gal receptionist that I am on my way down as I just finished work n ask her to let my partner have the room card n go up first as nowadays the weather very hot. Maybe hotel should take note of this n tks

  我住的5楼是loft，空间也很小，大体型朋友不友好。 设施：挺全的，房间里该有的都有，空调不太好，直吹床铺，太冷 衞生：衞生一流，这是基本要求 环境：环境有点狭小
