  I booked a 3-night stay from 22/07/2025 to 25/07/2025. Upon check-in, I was informed that my room had been upgraded from a Superior Queen Room to a Queen Loft, which is located on the first floor near the reception counter. I didn’t question much and proceeded to the room. Unfortunately, the room was far from what I expected. It looked completely different from the photos shown online. The space was extremely small, and the soundproofing was very poor — I could hear around 80% of the noise from outside, including people’s conversations. The noise continued until midnight, making it difficult for me to sleep. The next morning, I left the hotel early and no staff were present at the counter. As I was in a rush, I didn’t have the chance to request a room change. When I returned at around 6:30 PM, I asked to be moved back to my originally booked room. However, the staff member in charge didn’t even check for availability and immediately told me there were no rooms left, speaking with a very bad attitude. I insisted she check for me, and without responding, she began looking at her computer. After some time, she told me I should have informed her earlier and not at the last minute — again, speaking in a rude tone. I explained that I had been out the entire day and didn’t have the opportunity to speak with anyone about the issue. Eventually, she asked me to pack my things and said I could change rooms. She handed me the new room key without saying a word and continued with the same poor attitude. Overall, the service from the staff was disappointing. The hotel seriously needs to improve its soundproofing, especially for the rooms located on the first floor.

  Do not book this hotel. I booked the room superior double bed. There is no mentioned room without window. When I check in, I was told the room is without window and photo for illustration only. This is totally a scam. And the staff mentioned i can proceed complain to management and gave the card. The room is not vacumm properly, the blanket had some Smell. The noise from outside totally disturbing and late night there is other cusromers shouting which I can hear from the room.very terrible hotel. The room is extremely small. Definitely not coming back again.

  不要??住?? 第一体验感非常不好！第一次帮我check in的房间空调是坏的！一直是送风我开到了16度新加坡这麽热的天！结果酒店让自家员工上来看了一眼就走了！还狡辩説没坏，是我没开关好空调？我想问我成年人不知道开空调？第二次给我换了个味道特别大的房间！一股消毒水的味道根本没有通风！我一直在外面不敢进去，头晕恶心！最後是因为酒店房的过错还不给我退房子还让我换一间，我説实话早上出去玩很累了不想折腾了直接换了其他家了，这家酒店不要住！在新加坡最大殡仪馆旁边地理位置非常不好！房间就跟骨灰盒的结构差不多，非常小！闷！挤！不要被酒店的宣传图片骗了！

  Arton has been my comfort staycation place for awhile now. I love it here. It's really cozy, staff are friendly. Upgraded myself to the queen loft and oof is it worth it.

  Room was clean, aircon works well. TV's speakers were faulty as there was a buzzing noise whenever sound was played. Room was extremely small, bathrooms was extremely small too. One of the lights was not working too. Hotel is 10mins walk away from Lavender MRT and Farrer Park MRT Station, also 10mins walk away from City Square Mall (right above Farrer Park MRT) Below the hotel is a 7-11 and two foodcourts, one of which opens 24 hours Amenities was basic, but bed was large and comfortable. Clean stay, good air conditioning, good value for money.
