The hotel’s photos are misleading and do not accurately represent the actual condition of the accommodation. I observed several issues, including poor sanitation as shown in the attached photos, extremely dirty flooring, a malfunctioning door knob that poses a security risk, exposed or unsafe electrical wiring that presents a serious safety hazard, dusty surfaces that could negatively affect my health, a refrigerator that was unusable due to heavy dirt buildup which may allow bacteria to accumulate, and hot water that caused a skin rash, raising concerns about water quality and safety. As I did not travel to Singapore to experience unnecessary stress, I followed the advice of your agent to leave the hotel and book alternative accommodation, which resulted in additional financial burden. Due to these irregularities, the accommodation was unsuitable for use.

I usually would get a room with the bathtub but this time, even with my specific request I still gotten one without! If not for going Orchard Road for the CHRISTmas vibes and photos, I would Never stay here! They were super“stingy” with even the very basics! Sighhhhh..

就是个普通公寓，不能理解的在新加坡如此之差—床上有头发，被子有虫子，淋浴基本没有作用，热水壶几十年没有用的积尘，其他的不想评价，不建议入住此叫“酒店”的………

Horrible hotel. Bed sheet got blood stains. Stuffy room, aircon blower is slow and not cool enough. Whole room smells smoke, could be next room smoking in their rooms.
