房间设施陈旧的比中国县城里的小旅馆还差。我以为我穿越到了70年代。安排了靠公路一面的房间，晚上根本睡不着觉，路上的全是蜂鸣的机车声音。窗户薄如纸。对了人家不叫元首酒店，名字是原首酒店

房间非常次还不如中国的80年代的酒店呢！这是我住过的最次的酒店最脏的酒店了！大家一定不要在选择他家了！希望携程好好评估一下国外的酒店！

Not very clean, but one good thing to be mentioned is that, they really didn't assign a corner room for us!!!

整体酒店位置蛮方便的，离鱼尾狮公园等一些景点都蛮近的，缺点可能是设施比较老，酒店原来在之前很多年应该是很不错的，期待未来可以更新一些床品或空调设备之类的。前台服务都蛮好的，今年11月1日入住，发现自己落了一副耳机，联系前台确定找到了，委托帮忙保管一阵子，过阵子去新加坡出差的中国朋友帮忙去拿，感谢了。

Chose this hotel as it is located in Orchard and has spacious rooms but those are basically the only good points of this place.
We did not expect anything luxurious considering the listing photos and how the hotel looks like those older ones but at least just the basic standard.
The towels all had holes and threads were falling apart. There were small cockroaches crawling around in the room and bathroom. Thick dust build up in the air conditioning vents and corners of the room too. The signages were just written in pen and paper.
We went down to the lobby at one point in the evening asking if we can have our towels changed but the staff only told us that ‘this is a budget hotel. tomorrow you can come back’.
It is greatly shocking for a hotel like this to exist in Singapore. I’ve been to a number of budget hotels in SG, areas far away from the city center but never experienced something like this.
I hope management considers upgrading or do an overall update in their quality of service because something as basic as towels and signages would definitely ruin an otherwise enjoyable experience.
