Thanks to Amos, Sufian and Aladdin for their hospitality. They presented my wife with a birthday cake and complimentary drink.Their team made m our stay in the hotel pleasant and comfortable. Amos and his team was swift with our feedback. Nini the cleaning staff was polite and cheerful in doing our room house keeping. Greatly appreciated. Would book this place for another celebration or staystation.

The location is perfect for a staycation. You’ll have immediate access to changi village hawker center, pulau ubin, changi beach park and other nearby attractions like the airport or cosford container park. The room is spacious and the amenities are decent. Room is clean and maintained quite well

Absolutely amazing stay! The room was spotless with crisp sheets, and the breakfast buffet had a huge variety. Staff went above and beyond; only issue was the pillows were too firm, but otherwise perfect!"

Greeted by counter staff Seri when doing check in, and very grateful for her warm and helpful service! She ensured that the check in process is done smoothly for our families! A big thank you! The hotel is clean and well-equipped. Very near to Changi Hawker Centre and eateries. Room is too cold, and had to get electrician to come and do some adjustments, as the hotel don't provide extra blankets/quilts.

Room is value for money given its size. The first room I was assigned is not thoroughly cleaned but the staff is quick to transfer me to another room which is so much cleaner.

酒店离机场十多公里，接送机有固定时间，晚上十点四十五以後就没有接机服务了，从机场打车过去，Grab订车大概200块左右。送机服务也只在固定的时间提供，如果航班时间不合适的话需要考虑一下。
酒店及周边环境都挺不错，酒店房间比较复古，酒店外绿植很多，推开窗郁郁葱葱的看起来很舒服。酒店附近有着名的Changi Village，博物馆和熟食中心，吃饭、了解新加坡的历史、去海边都很方便。海边离樟宜机场很近，所以能看到飞机不断地飞到机场。
酒店周边环境总体来説是很棒的，但服务就差得多。首先就是接送机服务，一定要看自己的时间在不在接送机服务范围内，如果不在服务范围内自己打车，加上打车的钱，其实不如住机场酒店，因为算下来其实已经差不多了。而且酒店是不可以取消的，订了就要住。
其次是服务，酒店介绍页写“华人优先”，但实际上入住当晚和退房时，不管是看起来像华人的服务员还是印度服务员，态度都并不友好，态度很冷淡，也没有耐心，有种高高在上的感觉，所以当时原本想谘询下酒店附近的去处，看着他们的脸，直接放弃了。
