前台服务人员非常热心解说需要协助的问题、地理位置算不错离机场不太远、不过如果是很早或是很晚的航班就没有接驳车需要自己搭车、房间整洁度可以、只是隔音较差

整体不错哦，在新加坡樟宜机场东北方向，离机场很近，靠近海边，有无边泳池，环境非常好，安静，打车到机场一刻钟左右，适合赶飞机的游客，旁边有食阁，当地很有名，只能用现金，总体好评，英语交流无障碍，好评！

老酒店了，国内老三星吧。但是总体保养的还行。前台没啥，马来服务和华语服务不错。
6层客房服务员见着华人就躲，见着印度马来人就say hello！几个意思？

酒店位置很好，遗憾的是早餐，不但品种少，味道一般，很多菜品也是敷衍了事。最具代表性的是蛋卷，做出来像一个蛋饼，味道更是比较差。
看着厨师做蛋卷，没有一点快乐，表现出来的只是赶紧做完了交差。食材不增加，仅仅认真一点做事，会让酒店的早餐上一个层次，提高酒店的形象和声望。

Everything was great. But we were not informed of the annual electrical shutdown when we were booking the hotel room. We only knew about it when we were checking in. There was no electricity till 5pm. We were given late check out at 3pm. It is better if they inform before we do the hotel booking so that we can decide if we still want to book the room or not.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Chiarra at the front desk was particularly helpful, giving us a free upgrade to a junior suite and late checkout until 2pm. Amos was also a font of knowledge and even charged my phone for me.

We went there for a short staycation. If you like nature, it is a great place to stay while exploring Changi beach park. The park is extensive. You can see sunset at one end near the inscription sculpture and see sunrise at another side towards carpark 5 direction. The intertidal zone is near carpark 6 area. If you like to go airport, there is shuttle service to and fro the hotel. The hotel has two swimming pool. One rooftop level 6 and one at ground level.

This hotel gave us the cutest room! As soon as we stepped in my son gasped, a real kids room. Loved it! The location is perfect as it’s close to so many eateries and the beautiful board walk next to the beach. The swimming pool was definitely the highlight where we spent most of our time. The airport drop off was seamingless and just overall great value for money. The staff are welcoming and kind, always willing to assist and answer questions. Thank you for making our first trip to Singapore so great!

房间里有蚂蚁，空调很吵（可以听我发的视频），泳池的水很脏，所幸位置不错，出门走几步就有很大的食阁，可以看飞机的沙滩。
到机场有车子接送，但是看时刻表介绍，下午有一段时间是没有车子的，请慎选此酒店。

酒店挺好的，我们入住的时候前台还给了小点心，服务挺周到的，酒店的自助餐也不错，值得去吃，价格合理，入住的客人还有优惠。值得大家信赖！
