I had a pleasant experience. I booked a room without a window, which was located in the basement, so there was some music noise coming from above at times. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The pillow was a bit firm for my preference, and the hotel did not provide an iron, which would have been helpful. On the bright side, the staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for free when we arrived early before check-in, which was greatly appreciated.

I’m still wondering how Sendpiper is rated 3stars hotel ..
It all started the first i arrived when the reception ask me for 100S$ for deposit before he can check me in ..although i booked the hotel in a hurry so i didn’t had time to read through their policies but a deposit wasn’t strange to me so i was willing to do so but the receptionist insisted that it must in S$ not US$ ?at the point I had a long flight was too tired to ask or argue anything all i asked was he should take 100 Us$ and check me in let me rest my head a little then come out later or next morning to have my US$ change to S$ come give him S$ and get back the US$ but he still insisted i must drop luggage or go with it go change US to S$ ?it was at this point I new I had booked a wrong hotel ?
Finally I got in and the room was unclean, the towers in the bathroom that was supposed to be white were brown and torn , the air condition was blowing out dust and was by the bed side , the whole bed was messed up I had to call the hotel to come look it up and at the end of it it was still same I complained again and nothing was done about it again .
I understand some hotels in Singapore leave every room with ?? and a disposable spoon ?? but this one had no spoon and when i asked i was rudely told they don’t provide any kind of spoon in their rooms … I can go on and on believe me everything is wrong with that hotel and i regretted booking it and I won’t recommend to anyone… it wasn’t like it was that cheap for a so called 3stars …I paid 450 US$ for 5nights not on weekends days?
but it was indeed a very terrible choice

Experience here with the price I paid at RM200 a night is alright although I would like to highlight that sound proofing can be improved and water pressure for shower can be improved.

We’re disappointed in our room, the smell is not really appealing. Will not recommend sorry.

I like the spacious room, it has a balcony that we can get out to. The bed and pillows are comfy and nice. The bathroom really has a bathtub, but we never got the time to use it. The hot water works fast for every shower. Ours was located on the 4th floor, they have 2 working elevators so there's no wait coming up and down.
Location wise it's good, except for the construction happening at Pratunam which is gonna take a long time. So the room is noisy too.

Отличное расположение, близко к метро Рохор, гостеприимный персонал, номер соответствует описанию, хорошее соотношение цены и качества, бесплатный вай-фай. У нас был семейный номер с 4 спальными местами без окна. В номере чайник, телевизор, кондиционер, свой с/у с душем, полотенца, сейф. Рядом много магазинов, есть обменники. В шаговой доступности от Индийского квартала и Арабской улицы. При заселении взимается залог 100 сингапурских долларов, в момент выселения сразу вернули. На просьбы реагировали быстро, спасибо персоналу за гостеприимство и внимательность.

Excellent service by the hotel staff from check in to checkout everything was so smooth. Special thank you to Mr. Rohit for his great hospitality and service. I book for no window room but they update me to window room without any charges. Very helpful staff any time of the day. Surely will come back soon. Keep it up and thank you for excellent hospitality.
