I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The toilet spray in our room was broken and constantly leaking, leaving the floor wet. Additionally, one of the electrical switches was damaged and left uncovered, which seemed unsafe.
We also had an unpleasant experience with a staff member at the reception (possibly named Mr. Roney Thakur). His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, which made us feel very unwelcome.

No hair dryer as mentioned, but great location near BTS. Lots of food options, restaurants, and a 7-11 nearby. Very convenient and the staff were very friendly.

My go-to hotel, conveniently located next to Rochor MRT. It’s a simple and pleasant place, ideal for those who appreciate practicality over luxury. If you're looking for spacious rooms, a four-star hotel might be a better fit, as three-star hotels typically have more compact accommodations. Unfortunately, I do come across unreasonable guests who take out their frustrations on the receptionist—a situation that’s both unfair and unnecessary. It’s important to book with realistic expectations; this isn’t Marina Bay Sands, but it offers great value for those who know what they’re signing up for.
