房间不错，进酒店都安检，很安全，东南亚的服务还是非常不错的，就是游泳池在轻轨底下有点吵，汗蒸泡澡设施都比较干净，环境没得说，边上什么都没有

Sunday brunch and breakfast were very excelent. Clean room, very comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff all very impressive. Shady pool and adequate gym although not big but very comfortable. If only there was a proper playground for children it would be nice tho bcs most of the guest
Like to bring the kids over. But I can say the best hotel food is here! Deff would comeback again

酒店环境特别棒，还有专属的香薰味道。早餐非常丰富值得慢下来好好体验一下，点餐的比自己领的好吃。
游泳池体验也好，一个人霸占一整个泳池还是很舒服的。

这间酒店是雅加达最新开的五星酒店。整体设施状态都是非常新的。管家服务态度也很好，值得推荐。它的星期日自助早午餐甚为有名，因为有龙虾和阿拉斯加蟹脚，不过冻龙虾肉质较为靭，和阿拉斯加蟹脚甚为瘦。

First class hotel with exceptional service levels. Breakfast was good. The butler service was exceptional and really good internet as well. Would stay here again

Take 30 minutes just to find parking space before check in, the hotel should have dedicated place for staying guest instead of mix all space with guest parking (especially during hotel event such as meeting, wedding, etc)
The room and toilet has nice ambiance, but the mini bar has no complimentary food/drink (other than plain water)
The hotel was too crowded due to ongoing event,
The pool is not big but quite cozy with pool bar
The buttler service is good

房间很小，阳台很小，洗发水等都是补充大包装，很不卫生，虽然去年翻新依然设施不太好，插座很少也不合理，床上用品有点粗糙，身体乳很难抹开，最离谱的是电视的声音和画面差了不止2秒，淋浴间放了块小镜子很不理解。熨斗没有配熨板，马桶间转身都困难，马桶配了最机械的冲洗器，实惠。。。

值得一住。酒店位置优越，装修比较新，服务员热情周到，英文普遍不错，据朋友说是本地几家酒店里早餐很好的了。阳台封闭玻璃，隔音很好。每天都有开夜床服务，不需要单独提，这点很赞。
