非周末带孩子过来玩，总枱説非周末亲子家庭不多，帮忙升级了皮皮茜茜亲子房，很感谢。冲着乐园来的，确实不小，小孩子玩耍足够了。边上就是京杭大运河，周边配套、交通都是可以，有机会还会来的，谢谢各位的热情。

苏州一家老五星，整体设施确实不是那种时尚的，但保养还不错。总枱服务热情，对客有耐心，房间衞生也在线，能看出五星级酒店的管理与要求。自助早餐品种还可以，生煎包、奥灶麪不错。距离体育场、博物西馆很近，交通方便，整体性价比高。

一家四口一起来的，冲着小童乐园的。乐园确实很大，分了一期的游玩区跟二期的托管手工区，手工区是额外收费的，看着还不错，我们就玩了一期。只是一期非周末营业时间不长，冲着乐园来的家长要留意一下时间了。还有一个小童嬉水池，不大，并且只有周末营业，算是一个隐藏项目，我看携程上并未提及，下次周末过来再体验吧。

每年总会在家人生日时入驻这家酒店，似乎成了家里的传统！??免费升级了房型，这次房型对於两个男娃来説正好够用！管家羣总是三分钟内及时回覆，永远感觉得到酒店的用心服务！娃的生日布置了房间，送了蛋糕！每次给全家的感觉就像回到了苏州的家，一年一见，我们明年见哦！

Perfect room
But no gym.
Probably Very good for weeding event.
A little bit far from city center but the métro is very nearby.

Hotel location is really good, close to the stadium. We had an Ancient canal view room on 16th floor.
Staff were really polite and helpful.
Breakfast was good. Children's playground also was excellent, free of charge for the hotel guests.
If I had to say something bad about hotel, that would be the unacceptable thing that they allowed people to smoke in public areas of hotel even if they put the non smoking signs everywhere.
It's better to officially allow smoking, so potential guests can decide is it ok for them or not.

Awesome! Everything was perfect in my stay with my family. I arrived in the evening and was looking for dining options only to realise they serve dinner in the hotel so it was convenient. However, they mostly had sea food options so you can talk to the waitress to advise on other options available. It's also close to shopping malls where you can get restaurants.
Checking in was fast and they only required to copy my passport together with my family's and voila! The room was spacious enough and they provided toiletries for occupants. You can be provided with an extra key in case you need. The hotel has a nice theme park indoors for kids, quite convenient for families and also have a swimming pool. They also have a luggage storage service and the front desk are bilingual - speaking English. Overall all was well for the one day stay.
