  桂田酒店雖然離台南市區有些距離，但是設施以及服務都很優質， 推薦！！！！！！！！！！ 櫃檯的服務人員為我們處理了重複預定的問題　態度非常親切又專業　交接也很確實

  When i arrived the booking I made and paid for with Ctrip 7 days earlier did not appear on their system. After a 20 minute wait we were allocated a very ordinary room, not Elegant at all on the 10th floor. When I got out of the lift I got a overwhelming musty smell like smelly feet along all of the corridor. When I went into the room I got the same musty smell even though the air con had been left running... hmm! The room was OK very small for a 4 star hotel in Yong Kang and certainly not Elegant more like Basic. The food in the restaurant is fine but pricey for the area and the breakfast was fine with lots of variety. When I checked out I there was no mention of "how was your stay" or "was everything OK" so I prompted the reception staff to ask me how my stay was. At this point I explained about the musty smells on the 10th floor corridors and in my room and she said if I had complained they would have brought an air freshner. I think new carpets would have been a better solution. Over all disappointed as I have stayed in 3 different hotels in Tainan, Yong Kang and this is the most expensive and the only one I am disappointed with. Service poor and I think westerner gets dumped in worst room especially when they dont know you are coming.!

  早餐真的不錯 氣氛佳人員服務周到。房間乾淨很舒服。早晨可以游個泳 我們是全家出遊。真的玩的開心

  酒店虽然距离市区有点距离，但是出门的话也可以搭乘酒店的班车，可以直接到达台南高铁站。酒店环境很不错，花园不大但打理的很漂亮。早餐超赞，品尝到了很多台南的小吃，和先生一起到台南看朋友，当地的朋友也夸赞我们眼光不错，选的酒店在当地算不错哦。总之下次来台南一定还选这家。

  地點在郊區，浴室有些污損，服務態度好，但嬰兒相關的東西如嬰兒床和澡盆等都感覺有點髒有點太舊太散骨頭，正常的父母根本不會敢去用吧。飯店腹地比想像中小，沒什麼驚艷的地方，餐飲中等，可以吃飽。
