房间偏小，设施老旧，但是能看出在保养，给了酸奶，香蕉，苹果，果汁，牙刷和刮胡刀也是高档的，衞生间不是乾湿分离，可能受房型影响，很难改动，饭店外面金碧辉煌，餐厅也很有特色，整体不错的，价格才350双床，很便宜了，总体性价比高，但家庭出行建议搞个大套房估计能不错。

设施：设施齐全，都很好用。
衞生：乾净，无异味。
环境：环境非常的棒，外观霸气，景观照明真的就是亮点。
服务：服务不错，工作人员很热情。
总体来説，真的是非常不错的体验，早餐种类很多，可以吃的非常顺口。

夜景确实好看得
提前让携程帮忙安排的备注服务都有安排好！首先表扬一下礼宾部的小哥哥因为行李重???帮忙送到房间、非常有耐心有礼貌而且当中???问他帮忙送其他的他忙忘记了没有再次提醒的情况下他忙完又立刻再送了过来真的很不错的小哥哥
另外有一点好，大堂的一楼和贵宾楼的一楼都有茶歇可以自取
好了下面来批评：
1.贵宾楼在门口这一栋每天晚上听着车辆进进出出的通报声非常吵！完全不私隐！影响休息差评！
2.早餐八点半后几乎就没有什么东西了、而且餐品一般般
3.因为第一天赶路真的累爆到酒店啥都没管就睡下了，第二天出门玩回酒店躺下想拿起一个枕头靠下发现两个枕头都有黄色的水斑而且很大两块枕头内部都有、客房小哥哥一开始还是只想幻枕套当着我麪拆开发现确实没办法交差才又去换了枕头过来，説会帮我反应结果第二天到退房的时候也没有任何反馈。

从环境设施到前厅，礼宾，客房服务都配得上五星级标准。特别表扬前厅的小高，客房部的美玲，给我们一个舒适的入住环境，还给送了欢迎水果。行李也全程由礼宾员代拿到七层。服务很体贴。其次，七楼电梯口紧挨会议室，希望楼层巡检员严查禁烟相关，共同营造一个良好的入住环境。

Famous place to stay, and services are good (esp. the young guy was friendly to bring us some fruits), also variety of the breakfast to enjoy.

I was glad that I have stayed at Shanxi Hotel, the front desk staffs are so responsible and polite at the same time. I would recommend my friends, actually I have already, to stay with the hotel.

Great place to stay, so close to everything, breakfast was great staff were helpful. Bed was super comfortable and big.
Beautiful building night and day.
The bathroom was a little small and there was a hole in the roof and a little mould. That was the only small thing I could pick.

its very beautiful traditional building from the outside. but the interior is modern. its in the center, easy to access to crowded and animated places. At nightime, the place shine beautifullly, a picture snapshot spot. The room is spaciouse, otherwise it is quiet expensive.

Restaurants by the hotel impossible to book for foreigners. If hotel can negotiate for guests, maybe, a few tables, 2 or 4 pax that would nice. At least can bring my memories that we managed to eat at best restaurants in the city.

We had an amazing stay. The room was clean, spacious and had a spectacular view from the 9th floor. Reception was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was not bad, although it ends relatively early at 0930H. I would consider staying here again.
