本次入住感觉特别好，房间设施齐全，乾净衞生，还送了迎宾果盘，冰箱饮料免费，非常贴心，服务员还提供了荞麦枕，当晚还点了酒店晚餐，味道非常好，礼宾部小杨非常热情，帮我们把放前台的几箱快递都搬到了车上，太辛苦了，在此表示感谢。下次来太原还会选择咱们酒店。

设施：确实真的有点老，而且地板有被烟头烫掉的痕迹，被芯发黄，都忘记拍照了
衞生：衞生整体还行
环境：地下室走到大堂的那段路给我感觉这个酒店很一般，大堂倒还好

The duty manager Mr.Linus super helpful as we initially paid for 5 nights but due to change of travel plan, Mr Li and his team were super helpful and let us refund 3 nights out of the 5 nights we have paid for without any additional charges. Will definitely visit again !

We were upgraded to an executive room, which is magnificent. However when we arrived, the door man just greeted us but not taking care of our luggages. We found that the room amenities are inadequate. There was only one small tube of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. These certainly are not enough for 2 persons.?
The first night was excellent, the bed was turned down and the airconditioner worked perfectly.?
The second night was awful. The airconditioner was turned off because the outside temperature was around 14°, but our room was hot. Upon complaining a fan was delivered but it was useless! A sleepless night and the bed wasn’t turned down either.?
We won’t make a fuss if it’s not a Kempinski Hotel!

Nice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities.Good choice for breakfast. In general, the staff were helpful and efficient. The Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars.

Unfortunately, the overall stay was not great. When we booked the hotel, we specifically requested a non-smoking room, which is essential for us because of health issues. After double confirming with the hotel that they have non-smoking rooms (based on the website, all rooms are non smoking), we paid for our booking. However, shortly after, they informed us that smoking in hotel rooms is common and unavoidable in Taiyuan. We felt deceived into making the payment and realized we were stuck with this accommodation for our 7-day stay.
Upon checking in, we had to request a room change due to a strong smoke smell in the original room. The second room was better and the hotel staff was nice enough to provide an air purifier.
Throughout our entire stay, people were smoking in the elevator, lobby, and even at the dinner table. If we had known this beforehand, we would have reconsidered staying here.
For a 5-star hotel, it did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we paid far too much for this experience.
The only highlight of our stay was the hotel staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and did their very best to serve the guests, which made our trip a bit more enjoyable. We thank them for their excellent service.

In the past when I go to Taiyuan I always stayed at Pullmans next to FuLi Xinhualing area. I decided to give this hotel a try due to its location and convenience. Location is very convenient, calling a cab is easy, Starbucks next door, shopping centers all round with food courts, Walmart is 10 minutes walk away. Hotel got a pool and gym, I used it and it is not bad at all. They kept the pool and the gym pretty clean. The rooms are also kept clean. Be mindful that the rooms are not design for privacy. If you are staying with another person in the room the bathroom + shower has clear glasses, they have a see through shades covering the glasses but you can still see everything inside. The rooms seems to be smoke free but the hall ways are always filled with smoke smell. They really do not enforce no indoor smoking rule here. It is a hit and miss on the non-smoking room. I see some guest smoking in their rooms with door open. At last the service. The front desk staff seems very cordial and nice. However on the day we are checking out they informed us that one of the towels we used has dye on it which they can not wash out, that came out to a whopping 100 yuan to replace the towel. Really? 100 yuan, I can get a dozen white towels in Walmart. Also, the claim they couldn't clean it was shown to me on a front desk staff's personal phone. Have you ever heard of bleach before? Seriously, you can not get a white towel cleaned? Is this hotel in the hospitality business or linen retail business? Since I was in a hurry to catch a train I didn't want to argue over something as petty as 100 yuan. I paid the fees and left. Next time I am in Taiyuan again I probably will go back to Pullman hotel. Smoke smell is not a problem and they never give me a hard time on something as petty as a towel.
