Wie eine günstige Schlafm?glichkeit in zentraler Lage von Nürnberg sucht ist hier richtig. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Bad gesucht,. Es ist ein altes Hotel mit einer nicht mehr zeitgem??en Ausstattung aber für diesen Preis vollkommen okay es war sauber, gab Handtücher Duschgel und Seife und sogar einen F?n im Bad. Allerdings stimmen die Angaben nicht - weder auf der Homepage Seite noch hier im Buchungsportal - was den Check-In und Frühstücksm?glichkeiten angeht. Check-In war nur über einen Check-In Automaten m?glich und Frühstück wird aufgrund von Personalmangel aktuell leider nicht angeboten. Der gr??te Kritikpunkt ist dass der Schlüsselcode für die Au?entür des Hotels nirgends genannt wird, so musste ich um 4 Uhr morgens klingeln und nach dem Code fragen. Zum Glück ging jemand hin, der freundliche Herr nannte mir den Schlüsselcode. Hier k?nnte sich das Hotel selbst viel Arbeit und ?rger ersparen, wenn sie die Informationen direkt und korrekt an die Hotelg?ste weitergeben würden. Da es im Hotel schon Automaten gibt w?re es auch sinnvoll einen Kaffeeautomaten und Frühstück Snacks im Automaten anzubieten. Nachdem ich nun den Ablauf kenne, würde ich bei n?chster Gelegenheit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Sono stato ospite dal 18 al 21 aprile, periodo delle festività Pasquale. Tutto perfetto,organizzazione , pulizia, ristorante di qualità gourmet, tutto il personale gentile e disponibile. Un particolare complimento alle addette alla reception, preparate e gentili. Torneremo a fine maggio per 6 giorni in occasione della manifestazione "Festa dell'Infiorata a Pietra Ligure" Enzo e Tina Favero

Qualità, servizio e assistenza qui è il TOP. Albergo ristrutturato, camera confortevole e insonorizzata (considerate che la nostra camera era lato Via Aurelia e non sentivamo nulla). Letto matrimoniale comodo, tv in posizione comoda alla vista e bagno confortevole con all'occorrenza di tutto. Abbiamo usufruito solo del pernotto e colazione di cui sono esterefatto dalla quantità e qualità messa a disposizione dei clienti con brioches, torte, salato, dolce e tanto altro. Secondo me sicuramente anche la cucina sarà di livello. Vicino al mare non avevamo la camera al 5 piano (con ascensore confortevole e grande) fronte mare. Parcheggio disponibile nelle vicinanze in una loro proprietà di cui mi ha fatto piacere usufruirlo anche dopo aver lasciato la camera data la loro disponibilità Grazie per averci fatto trascorrere un weekend TOP.

A localiza??o é ótima. O hotel é um pouco antigo e a manuten??o n?o é impecável, mas é limpo, a cama é confortável e o banheiro bom. Tem as comodidades necessárias.

The first impression was poor customer service, there were no front desk staff nor anyone to receive or direct customers on arrival, only a small notice to inform customers to check-in in another hotel. The room facilities and furnishings were rather old, the beds were more like extra bed’s bed frame and mattresses were barely 4 inches thick, can’t provide the support needed. As Zermatt is an international tourist destination, there is no English channels on the TV programmes. Breakfast provided was very simple, mainly bread, some bakery n cereals. Would not recommend anyone to stay. Only plus point is location nearby train station n town centre.

位置近火车站，房间亦非常乾净。只是卫生间有点儿细小。门锁不太好用，电掣的位置非常奇怪不是太高就是太低。早餐正常。房间有露台非常舒适。

Attention ils sont très à cheval sur l’horaire d’arrivée et savent vous le faire savoir à l’accueil notamment une petite dame rousse
Heureusement que son collègue est beaucoup plus charmant
Première fois que je vois un h?tel qui n’est pas très clément sur les horaires d’arrivée
Habituellement si la chambre est prête il accepte de vous la donner

不推荐。入住的是二层的房间，第二天发现地上很多蚂蚁，和酒店反馈，説会处理。晚上回去後发现窗台上更多……虽然给换了房间，但是房间面积更小了……而且床垫不舒服，有个坑，睡了两晚全身痛。
