The restaurant is excellent view is perfect, food is great, service also very very good. This is just one great place you should spend your time here. I'm visiting this place with my phone for many years and it's also always really nice but now is even better it's all renovated.

This is the most awful hotel I have ever stayed at. I will spare you the photograph of the cockroach in the bathroom. The hotel is very gloomy and in a poor state of repair. The food was of a very low standard. There was no buffet it was a set dinner of sorts. My vegetarian dinner was rice and ajvar. I cannot think of any saving grace for this hotel.

We arrived at this hotel for the last night of our Balkan tour organised by RSD Travel Ltd. Our bathroom, with a bath, was disgusting and taking into consideration the average age of the travellers I would think many would have been unable to climb into a bath. Table service dinner was, a help yourself to a greasy bowl of soup followed by a chicken leg and a portion of rice dropped in front of us, followed immediately by a slice of cake served by very disinterested waiters. We have travelled extensively and have never stayed in such an appalling hotel. On the strength of this experience we will not be using RSD again and could not recommend them.

This place is a pity. Run down, tired and not very clean. Stayed here 19th March at the end of a RSD travel holiday. Food was just about edible. There isn't anything good to say about this hotel. It's a shame the holiday ended on a,sour note. RSD should take note!

Stayed one night as final hotel of Balkans tour with RSD travel, worst hotel ever. Room was dirty and bed springs painful, lifts were temperamental and extremely slow. Food was disgusting, breakfast was worse, I didn't even eat any, no bread just a few cakes. The carpets in the dining room were filthy as was the rest of the hotel. RSD seem to continue using this disgusting hotel despite endless bad reviews.

Wir haben hier die letzte Nacht unserer Balkanrundreise mit RSD verbracht. Wir sind Vielreiser und haben weltweit bestimmt schon fast 400 Hotels besucht: dieses war mit Abstand das Schlechteste! Baujahr in den 70igern, keine Renovierungen, sondern überall nur notdürftige Reparaturen . Im Zimmer war die Abdeckung der Klimaanlage rausgebrochen und man konnte sie nicht abstellen..so wurde die ganze Nacht der - auch gut sichtbare - Dreck von Jahrzehnten ins Zimmer geblasen. Betten durchgelegen, Fussboden fleckig, im Bad lange Haare in der Wanne, Waschbecken dreckig und ohne Abflussstutzen...es stank schrecklich. Spiegel stumpf und abgebl?ttert, Wasserschlauch nicht ordentlich am Duschkopf montiert, so dass das Wasser aus dem Schlauch wild durch das Bad floss. ,"Frühstück" bestand aus Scheiben von billigem "Discounterkuchen" und heissem Wasser für wahlweise Beuteltee oder l?slichen Kaffee. Das Hotel war insgesamt v?llig runtergekommen; wo man auch hinsah...Dreck und Zerst?rung. Nie wieder! Bitte einen ganz grossen Bogen um dieses Haus!!!

Et le mot est faible ! Jamais vu un H?tel aussi nul avec des employés sans expression et aucunes réactions aux critiques. Nous y sommes allés avec First voyage et c'est franchement une honte de sélectionner un h?tel comme ?a. Les chambres ( pour nous la 818 ) sont propres soit, mais agencées sans réflexion ( un fauteuil coincé à c?té du lit avec une table dont on ne voit pas l'intérêt, puisque inaccessible sans tout déménager ). La literie est de bonne qualité mais les coussins un peu petits et nécessiterai 2 autres pour pouvoir être confortable. La télé... 1 seule chaine ...de musique. La déco sans grande logique. La salle de bain... super une baignoire... sauf qu'inutilisable vu qu'il n'y a pas de bouchon d'évacuation . petite et vieillotte. En plus la veille au soir, gros orages et le matin de l'eau par terre ,qui coule du plafond ,le long du miroir et sur la tablette du lavabo, donc toutes nos affaires pleines d'eau et en plus très dangereux vu que l'éclairage est au plafond. Lorsque j'en parle au veilleur de nuit... il fait mine d'en avoir rien à faire. Les repas.... Quelle merveille ! une magnifique salle avec des tables décorées de vrais belles nappes et... et bien c'est tout. Le diner : quartier de tomates, chou blanc en lanières, salade verte...Les plats : des morceaux de poulets, des quartier de patates bouillies, du riz ( bien collant ) et du r?ti de porc avec une sauce (style fond de veau ) . Et le dessert... ah le dessert!...des tranches de quatre-quarts. Oui cela était le d?ner ! Et le petit déjeuner .... burek au fromage et à la viande ...mais pas du jour...et des tranches de quatre-quarts...au chocolat. Pas de jus de fruits, le café soluble , boite de lait. Et voilà ! Bon le wifi marche bien ! Si vous rajoutez à ?a l'amabilité du personnel ! Vous m'avez compris ! A FUIR !

Хорошее расположение отеля, тихо, спокойно, чисто, несмотря на то , что требуется ремонт, хорошая звукоизоляция, вежливый персонал. Рекомендую

Intanto avviso che le immagini iniziali con tanto di piscina sono false! Altrettanto la descrizione "vicino a tutto". E vicino all'ospedale,quello sì,ma niente centro storico! Miseria generale,anche se chi pulisce si impegna. Reception piuttosto gentili,a differenza dello staff in zona colazione. Donne con tale acidità alle 07 del mattino anche no! Manco il saluto. Ti badano cosa fai,come lo fai... Sicuramente non ci torno per lavoro,come turista ancora meno

It's ok. Rooms quite small. Position in center city. Breakfast not bad
