环境：酒店地理位置优越，去哪儿都方便。吃更方便走几步就到粮道街，户部巷，各种小吃，炒菜任君选择。
服务：服务态度真好！顾客至上，宾至如归。从上到下的服务意识很强。主动升级了房间，从房间看出去就是黄鹤楼。前台小美女小哥哥很热情为我介绍景点，并添加管家微信将各项事宜详尽推送给客人。小馀、小刘主动过来为我们服务，焦主任更是热情周到，下班后还亲自开车送我们到地铁站，太感动了，给一群有爱的人点赞！
早餐丰富多样，味道不错。煮面的服务员非常细心贴心，007服务员也不错。
酒店大堂墙上有武汉三区主要景点展示，更绝的是店家把服务做得非常细，把酒店至各景点的交通详尽介绍做成卡片，供旅客参考，对初次来武汉的人非常友好。

2024 年 12 月 13 日，我与父母自驾前往海南，第一站来到武汉。我们选择在住的凯莱熙酒店（武汉黄鹤楼昙华林店）位于武昌区解放路 456 号。酒店虽稍显岁月痕迹，但从踏入停车场的那一刻起，便能真切感受到其热忱服务。酒店提供丰富的小食，现磨咖啡、零食与矿泉水皆可无限畅饮。早餐品类多样，工作人员态度亲和，热干面师傅尤为热心，不仅精心制作，还耐心搅拌并告知最佳食用方法，贴心之举无处不在。酒店设有停车场，内部环境整洁干净，在这里，你能感受到一种独特的温馨与安心，所有的疲惫与烦恼似乎都能被悄然拂去，让你全身心地沉浸在这份自在与舒畅之中，真正体验到宾至如归的惬意与放松。

The staff and service was amazing, nothing was too much for them especially front desk name Gua. He pointed out places of interest, helped to booked a tour for us. We don't know the language well and he took care of everything, even on his off duty he texted us the name n ph no. of the tour guide and reminding the guide to take care of us. We are so grateful to him.

Don't waste your time with other hotels. Just book this one. Breakfast is high quality, walking distance to Yellow Crane Tower, very close to Snack Street, easy access to the subway, and very respectful and courteous staff. Laundry facilities were good, but they should probably add two more laundry machines. TV options aren't great, but you should be outside exploring Wuhan anyway.

We stayed in Kailaixi Hotel in a family room with 3 beds. The room was cleaned every day, has a huge window and good sound-proof. The location is great - we could enjoy the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze river bridge from our room window, it takes 5 mins to get to the subway station.
Everything is great about the hotel, just a little drawback — poor WiFi, especially in the evening. The variety of food for breakfast is impressive, although there is not much Western food, mainly Chinese. Restaurant staff, namely the lady "007", is very friendly and she treated us kindly and taught us to use chopsticks! Thank you, "007"!
There is a lot of free stuff in the hotel — water, snacks and good coffee in the lobby.
All in all, the Kailaixi Hotel impressed us a lot! I can't see any rude disadvantages, and I personally can't see much difference between Kailaixi, which is 3-star hotel, and any other 4-star hotel. I think Kailaixi hotel deserves 4 stars!

Very near to the Crane tower, and the location is convenient to many places. Breakfast is OK with variety to choose. Stuffs are super friendly too and patient in explaining the direction of scenic areas

Pleasant to stay in this hotel. Excellent location. Easy accessible to scenic spots. The front desk personnel 小文, 小玉, 小圆, 小樱are very helpful and polite. They are willing to take extra miles to help. The restaurant staff 007, and the cleaning lady are very courteous and helpful too. Worth for money stay. T

The location and facilities are generally good in all aspects. All the staffs were friendly. Starting from the front desk, daily house keeping and restaurant 007. Their services were excellent. We were so touched with the written note.
