位置很方便，周边就是地铁，还有老字号三凤桥和熙盛源，对面恒隆也可以吃饭。
前台服务很到位，也不会过度打扰。
早餐很丰盛，该有的都有，水果也挺新鲜的。
房间面积小点，进门就是洗手枱，虽乾湿分离，但洗漱可能会影响已经休息的人，床品还行。

服务态度超好，大堂每天都有苹果红枣枸杞养生茶。
两个枕头一个是高软枕，一个是记忆枕，记忆枕挺舒服，就得床垫太软有点睡不惯。
离三阳广场地铁站挺近的，走路五分钟左右。三阳广场周边全是美食和商超。崇安寺也十分钟左右就到。

客房温暖舒适温馨，装修风格颇有设计感，紧凑而功能齐全，轻快阳光。服务温馨到位，年轻人充满活力也很有礼貌和职业素养。地理位置很好，就在市中心三阳广场，出入方便，周遭吃饭餐厅选择也很多。早餐品种齐全也很可口，水平在线。总之是很棒的体验，值得再来！

双床房很好，枕头不错，睡着很舒服，容易入眠，早餐和深夜粥到很好。离崇安寺很近，走路十分钟左右。离地铁站1好线也就10分钟左右。

I had a great stay at Atour Hotel Wuxi.. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a free laundry and dryer available on the 9th floor, which is really convenient. I was too lazy to wait for my clothes, but the staff kindly helped and returned the dried clothes to my room. I’m very grateful for their thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

Decided to try Atour after good experience in Shanghai. This one is older and too smaller. Bedding also good but no breakfast included for my rate. Late snack also not as well presentrd and also not refilled if you are late. Only one elevator which their robot seems to dominate a lot. Location near CBD, so need metro to get to more touristy places. Decent value, but will try other location next time.

Room was clean and big. Front desk staff were not the most friendly but the aunties at the buffet restaurant were super friendly and helpful! They personally made red tea with ginger for my mum as she wasnt feeling very well.
To note that there isnt a proper lobby/drop-off area outside the hotel and staff do not help with luggages so if u call for a didi, it might cause some congestion and car honking at u if u need time to load luggages in the car.
Overall, stay was generally pleasant and good for a 3d2n trip.
