酒店位置近地铁站。
主要是服务态度好，因太太在摔倒，在31/10，约22：30入住，柜枱戴眼镜帅哥清晰指示往第二人民医院求诊，及後又张罗冰块冰敷，非常威谢

十一期间去无锡旅游，定了这家酒店。房间很乾净，特别要説的就是服务员特别热情周到，微笑服务，在酒店遇到的每一个工作人员都微笑问好，给游客一种很亲切的感觉。还有欢迎的水果，旅游纪念手提袋，给小朋友的冰箱贴。晚上睡觉前额外找前台要了一个枕头，前台快速响应，很快就给送到了。总之，入住感受很好。

亚朵的枕头还有床单，床垫还是可以的。後面有就准备买了一个枕头也是看了他们昨天之後再买的价格也算可以吧，必须就是出去外面玩的话，也就是住的比较顺400块钱还是可以接受的。

环境：酒店在市中心，火车站1号线坐2站下车走没多久就到了，楼下就是罗森，周围都是商业广场，非常便利，外卖还能点到茶颜悦色，爱了爱了
定的行政房，给我们升级了。房间很大，窗外就是商业街，可以看看夜景。隔音效果不错，离电梯口很近，也听不到声音。
服务：打扫人员和前台都很热情，吃个早饭，回来房间就整理乾净，效率非常高
设施：房间吹风机很好用，不知道是不是戴森的。房间里数据线插口有好几个，窗帘也是电动，还有智能马桶。早餐种类供选择的也很多，还能边吃边欣赏窗外的景色。虽然不是四五星酒店，但是设施方面更加方便，出行还是更喜欢住亚朵

Title: Disappointing Stay Despite Having Laundry Facilities
The only positive thing about this hotel was that they provide both a washing machine and dryer for guests. Unfortunately, even this “benefit” turned into a major inconvenience. The washing machine displayed a finish time, but before the cycle was complete, a housekeeper opened it without permission, removed our laundry, and put it in the dryer. As a result, the clothes were not properly cleaned, and after drying, they came out smelling unpleasant. We had to rewash everything, which took another three hours per load.
While we sat there guarding the machine, we also witnessed the housekeeper moving other guests’ laundry—about three to four times—before their wash or dry cycles had even finished. This constant interference made the whole process stressful and uncomfortable.
Another serious issue was that someone was smoking in their room, and the strong cigarette smell drifted into ours. When we reported this, the hotel staff said there was nothing they could do and simply asked if we wanted to change rooms. We had to move late at night, around 11 p.m., because the smell was unbearable—showing the hotel’s poor handling of guest misconduct. Non-smokers like us were left to deal with the consequences.
Lastly, the hotel is right next to a major road and an intersection, so traffic noise and honking were constant. Noise was loudest late at night until about 11 p.m. and started again around 6 a.m. If you’re a light sleeper, I strongly do not recommend this place.
Overall, aside from having laundry machines, this hotel failed in service, noise control, and problem resolution. I would not stay here again.

I stayed at Atour Hotel during my personal trip. Overall the hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is very convenient, right at Sanyang Plaza. There’s a Lawson convenience store next door and a 99 Mall just across the street, which makes it easy to buy snacks or daily items. Staff were polite and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.
