Amazing find! Luxury and fun at a reasonable price! The comfortable bed provided sound sleep, and we loved the spacious bath and separate patio overlooking the lake. The famous Buddha, a gorgeous light-show theme park, and scenic Dragonhead Park were great activities with a short taxi ride. We had fun peddling along the lake using the hotel's free surrey bike. To top it off, we got stuffed with the big breakfast buffet offering a wide variety of dishes. We highly recommend this hotel for those who want serenity and fun, luxurious relaxation and sightseeing!

这是一家优点和缺点同样突出的景区酒店。
??环境：酒店位於无锡滨湖区马山，坐西向东，西对七里风光堤和浩淼太湖，风景秀美。酒店与度假村一体，规模很大，可能利用率不高，大量场馆疏於使用，维护也不够，园内环境看上去显得萧条破败。
??设施：由於建的比较早，客房设施已经比较过时，譬如电视机屏幕小且老，缺少智能客控系统，床头插座位子低等。
??服务：酒店目前可能是拈花湾、灵山大佛附近最大规模的酒店，但毕竟还有一段距离，对於不开车的住客来讲，如果能提供定时班车接送会更加吸引人。
??综合来看，发现酒店目前仅周末的入住率较高，平日则明显下降，没有体现和发挥酒店的度假功能，还是有很多文章可做，譬如更加丰富的餐饮，娱乐活动，康养项目，交通便利等。

We had a truly wonderful experience at this Resort. The rooms are clean and spacious, and really cozy and warm. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and the bicycle ride. We recommend this resort for a family stay, as the breakfast is good and great play area for kids. Our only difficulty was getting a taxi or car to travel to the area, but besides that it was a wonderful stay!

Is 18 degree water acceptable for a hot bath? Imagine going to a new room and the same problem happens. Then, a representative from the hotel comes to your room and says that 18 degree water is normal.
This is the worst service I’ve ever had a hotel and I’m including one star hotels. They lied to my face and refused to provide a room with warm water.
My girlfriend and I were so pissed, we wanted to leave. They offered to let us go only if forfeited the right to leave a review. We decided to stay in part to write this review.
This place clearly has plumbing issues and rather than fix it, they just take the PR hit. Also, the breakfast is not 5 star quality.
