前台工作人员耐心细致、热情周到；房间打扫人员工作认真仔细；餐厅环境舒适，菜品精致，分量很足；地理位置优越，紧邻SM，十分便捷。宾至如归！总之是很满意，五星好评！
唯一建议就是:如果房间不铺地毯就更好了！

this was the second time i stay at this hotel. the location was very good . very convenient for me . surrounding with a lots of eating places, good.
but the room , i still feel the carpet was very very dirty, especially under the bed . because i accidently drop my things beside the bed , there's why i found the floor was very dirty .
anyway, the staff was very polite very friendly . housekeeper also very friendly too.

超级满意，房间宽大，设备齐全，枕头被套非常乾净，最值得赞的是服务很好，而且整个厦门的服务都是细心体贴的，旁边就是超超大的商场，孩子天天逛，很好很好很好。

Less than 200m is the big SM mall. Got free upgrade. Room no smoking smell. Decent and clean. Breakfast also good. There isn’t any convenience stall nearby hotel.

Great Location best for quick shopping since it’s walking distance. There’s a cat who might roam around and outside the hotel lobby.
