酒店位置很很好找，就在高铁站附近，楼下就是海底捞，电梯口就在路边。可以寄存行李，外卖还有机器人送到房间，太方便啦！！！！房间很干净整洁，隔音也不错，整体住宿体验很棒！下次来厦门还订这家

服务：前台那个矮矮的女的态度很差，问她什么都很不耐烦
环境：是比较新的酒店，但是很吵，高级大床房的空间很小，只有一个小窗户还是在走廊上，人都爬不出去的那种，住的很压抑。不推荐

地点很好，火车站出来就可以看到，地铁也在旁边，吃喝玩乐都很方便，分配到的是角落的房间，设计时可能比较特殊吧，厕所，浴室都很大，但是浴室没有设计任何挂勾，或者可以放衣服浴巾的东西，浴室门一打开就会被卧室床上的人看的一清二楚，对于带着已成年儿子出来旅行的我们，很尴尬，关于服务给予两星，是因为前一天已订房，我们到达酒店时已经下午4点半，但是房间还在整理，但是最多给他扣半颗或一颗星，不满的是，订房明明是到14点退房，但是连给了两次讯息，先改为13点最后又改为12点退房，说实在的并不在乎几点退房，因为这次只是临时过渡酒店，我们也10点就退房离开，但是你修改退房时间，没亲自告知，也没电话通知，我前去下一个入住酒店时才看到这讯息，如果我当天必须14点才能退房离开，岂不是措手不及！

7楼整层都是朵友酒店。从图1的入口搭电梯上7楼，4楼是海底捞。楼下一楼还有吉野家和霸王茶姬。出门左转大约300米就是厦门站。
酒店的工作人员都很年轻。入住时没有帮忙送行李，翌日一早看到夜班工作人员睡在接待区沙发。管理培训可能有点不到位。
客房没有景观，但隔音很好。冷气够凉，但声音很大。客房空间还算不错，寝具、浴巾毛巾都好用。缺点是插座太少，以及浴室没有可挂衣物的架子或钩子。
房间的灯亮度很够，电动窗帘。洗浴用品都是小瓶装，使用起来不太方便。有免费的烘衣机和洗衣机，我们离店前有使用烘衣机，不错用。
隔音很好，完全没有听到噪音。
饭店很大方，我们离店时还提供我们小瓶饮用水，厦门住两间酒店都一样大方，优秀！

Location and cleanliness is good but the service was so bad... There's out of milk supply for the coffee and the front desk inform us oh no more ???? the attitude was so bad, and no fridge provided, our beer and dessert also nowhere to refrigerate... Amenities... The cup provided to rinse mouth... Was a paper cup... No glass.. At least provide some glass cup... The shampoo and shower gel was too tiny and just provide 2-3 sets... Hope can improved on the attitude.. Like we owed them money... And the front desk looks like not wake up yet...

I had a great stay at this clean and well-kept hotel. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully maintained, and I really appreciated the convenience of the new laundry machines. The coffee maker in the lobby was a nice bonus—I found myself enjoying two cups a day. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Location: Excellent. Just opposite Xiamen Railway Station. Cross the zebra crossing on the left side and walk towards Nai Xue, Starbucks and Yoshinoya. Lift to hotel (7th floor) is just next to Yoshinoya. Less than 5 mins walk to Xiamen Railway Metro station.

Room: Excellent. Nice and spacious.
Service: Pleased with the male receptionist that process our registration. He made good effort in assigning us a quiet room. Other receptionists standard service only. Housekeepers very nice and friendly. Hotel offers late check-out at 2pm which is helpful.

The property was perfect. But, what impressed us most was the staff at the reception. The young lady who checked us in was simply genuine, caring, and professional.
