过了好久才来评价，这是第一次入住这家酒店，前台daisy的服务让人印象非常深刻，主动帮忙升级了能看到夜景的房间，办理入住效率很高，别切热情介绍了周边的景点和美食，让我们在银川的旅途多了一份温暖

银川溜娃第一站的酒店选在了这里，酒店自身的条件好，周边的宁夏博物馆过个马路，溜达着就能过去。科学馆也不是太远，1公里多一点，可以散步过去也行。酒店大堂一楼前台接待服务很好，比大连凯宾斯基好的太多。入住手续很快，给升级到了16楼比较好的房间，视野更好一些。虽然酒店稍微的老了一点，但是整体维护的很好，房间配套都没有问题。底下一层是健身房，早上6点就开始了，一直到晚上11点结束，给很多自律的朋友提供了方便。早餐很丰盛，拉麪很好吃，现场制作非挂麪，但是大爷给的牛肉基本看不到，建议大气一点。

Nice 5 star hotel, enjoyed the pool and gym. Across street from Ningxia museum. Disappointed there's no 24 hour shop nearby. Also, room service menu says 24 hour service but they actually stop at 9pm. Update the menu!

Wonderful place with fitness room, swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Very pleasant after a day trip in that beautiful area !

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag.
The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge.
The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around.

We had a great time visiting Yinchuan. The hotel is centrally located (5-minutes walk from Ningxia museum) and the interiors were well-maintained and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and the facilities (particularly the gym) were superb.

Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup.
The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it.
