We stayed for three nights. location is great, only 10 mins walk to zhangjiajie national forest park. there is a bus station nearby that take you directly to grand canyon. They served fresh cook noodles for breakfast. I like the instant vietnamese coffee we got in the room. you can ask reception if you need more. room is clean and heater function well. they also have washing machine and drier on the 3rd flooor.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Located close to the east gate of 张家界国家森林公园, the hotel selected for us a room with mountain view.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to organize our visit around the national park, and also bought the tickets on our behalf, both for the national park and tianmen mountain.
The room was big enough for three adults and extremely clean and warm, with plenty of water and snacks.
Overall we were very pleased with our staying at this hotel, and we will definitely recommend it to friends and family!!

非常棒的入住体验，房间非常乾净，宽敞，楼下就是金鞭溪，离魅力湘西剧场步行5分钟，到标志门打车4分钟，步行20分钟足够。服务也是周到热情的。

房间的位置非常方便，就在魅力湘西剧院的旁边，酒店前面就是索溪河，非常的漂亮。
整体服务前台小姐姐很热情并且有温度，还热情主动提供周边地图及相关解答，点赞。
环境内乾净整洁，装修较新，住起来挺舒服。

Nice hotel for visiting Zhangjiajie in a perfect location. Upon arrival they organized our itinerary for visiting the park and booked our tickets for us. Large and comfortable bed but room could use a deep clean... Breakfast only 100% chinese options.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in your accommodation, everything was perfect and we have zero negative aspects. Rooms are big and welcoming, and the ?staff were very helpful with everything! It was a pleasure and I hope to come back soon.

20 minutes walking to National Park East Gate. Staff are pretty helpful with trip recommendations and best restaurants to eat (we even got a discount on one of them). The staff on the kitchen did their best to prepare us lunch. Breakfast is simple bit good. Room was spotless clean and hearing worked flawlessly.

酒店的设施都很好，住着很舒服，智能管家可以操控，所有的设备非常方便。从地图上导航到东门的话，那条河需要绕着走，但实际河上有一条石子路从石子路上走到东门会非常方便很近。
