  Very modern and extremely clean hotel with very friendly hotel staff. Close to the south are the main shopping opportunities.

  The hotel’s location is excellent, conveniently close to Tianmen. The room is spacious and clean, with a large TV screen — though the remote control was frustrating to use, even after replacing the batteries. But the Queen size bed kind of smaller compared with others. Breakfast was decent, but the food wasn’t warm enough. The hotel offers a luxury shuttle service to and from the airport, which is a great bonus. However, it was disappointing to find the minibar empty despite being listed as complimentary. Overall, it’s still a fairly good stay.

  地理位置好，房间空间大，智能化家俱，独立的衞浴，靠近天门山索道，周边有两大夜市美食街，出行方便，早餐丰富美味，接送站车辆高档。

  Really well located, very close to the Tianmen mountain entrance and not far from the city centre either. Friendly staff; not much English spoken, but happy to assist using translation apps. The only downside is that the rooms were for smoking, nd we did not realise this when booking, they did have some smell.

  Good experience, the hotel was clean and quiet, close to Zhangjiajie main shopping street (1km). Nice hotel staff and lovely rooftop.

  各方面都一般般吧，可以入住，但对于我比较挑剔的人来説，住的不是很满意，酒店距离七十二奇楼稍微近一点，距离天门山还可以，距离国家森林公园有点距离，但综合下来，算是比较适中的

  Struttura pulita e in ottima posizione, a pochi chilometri dal 72 wonder tower.Vicini all'albergo ci sono ristoranti e supermarket.Le ragazze della reception sono sempre disponibilissime.Vicino al desk c'è anche una parte dove poter prenotare le varie escursioni (la montagna di Tienman o il Parco di Zhangjiajie)e la signora che ci lavora è stata gentilissima e ci aiutato in tutto.Veramente un plus per la vacanza.Abbiamo chattato tramite Weachat e ci ha risolto diversi problemi.La colazione al 15 piano è a buffet ed è molto varia,principalmente cibo asiatico ma sempre fresco.Struttura consigliata

  房间很大，衞生也不错，前台服务很热情还安排了接送机，整体来説是一次比较好的酒店体验，早餐也比较丰盛，吃到了米粉。
