Charming little hotel. The building is definitely a bit old, but they did a good job renovating it and the staff is super friendly. Breakfast isn't anything fancy, but they have all the essentials. We enjoyed a relaxing stay at this hotel for 3 nights.

Our experience at this hotel could not have been better. Throughout our entire stay, Xiao Yang took great care of us and helped us with absolutely everything, even assisting us with purchasing tickets and answering any questions we had. She is truly an angel.
The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable, and the location is excellent, both for getting to the airport and for visiting the Avatar Park. The breakfast is delicious; we especially recommend the meat bao and the Zhangjiajie noodles.

Very nice rooms, very friendly helpful staff, close to Tianmenshan Mt Gondola. Slight cigarette smell in room.

Everything was perfect! The staff was very helpful explaining how to visit the attractions! We have wahed our clothes! The breakfast was perfect! Definitely an awesome experience! We have stayed 5 nights!

The hotel was nice and clean, and we had a pleasant stay overall. The room we booked felt a bit empty, it would have been more comfortable with a sofa. The toilet was slightly old-fashioned compared to the room, but it was clean and well maintained. It would also have been more convenient if there were a convenience store nearby. Overall, I would rate the stay 4.2 out of 5.

服务非常好，楼下大堂有炭炉可以暖手，还有免费的热热的莓茶供应，每天都喝上几杯，早餐的米粉非常好吃，工作人员都很好人，也帮忙买票介绍景点怎么玩??????

体验非常好，前台很关心你住得好不好，反馈了问题很踊跃帮忙解决。唯一瑕疵就是酒店烘乾机功率不大，要烘乾很久，不然就是自己晾房间里面，一晚上就差不多乾了。

服务真的超出预期，前台会主动告知附近性价比高的湘菜馆，还提醒避开景区旺季拥堵路段。早餐品类丰富，能吃到饱，性价比这么高的酒店，已经推荐给身边要来张家界的朋友了！

服务简直太贴心了，前台小姐姐热情推荐了附近超赞的馆子，还特意提醒我们避开旅游高峯期的人流。早餐种类多到吃不完，这么实惠的酒店必须安利给要来张家界的小伙伴们
