It was an amazing stay. We had only 2 nights (3 days) and the hotel staff was so great with the help. They offered pickup from the train station, offered insights into planning the trips around Zhangjiajie and also helped book rides and tickets for the whole day.
Breakfast is very traditional, don’t expect “international style”. It is very tasty and they offer a lot of food.
The rooms are very big and the amenities are very nice.
We had a big bathtub in the room and an amazing tea terrace with the best view!
10/10 would stay again here.

amazing penthouse room. great view. absolutely fantastic shower & bath.

Away from the noisiest and most touristy zone of ZJJ but still in an accesible location. The views from the room were amazing and the staff was always helpful. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

The hotel is a bit shabby, but overall looks good. Just the surrounding buildings look a bit abandoned.
The stuff is super helpful and polite ?? help with tickets, transfers, show tickets, restaurants recommendations, also made us soup noodles at night as we were super tired to go out. Few cats ??? are also great ?? lots of tea drinking ??
It was my birthday and they decorated the room and presented a great cake with raw dragonfruit’s????????

工作人员非常耐心热情，没做攻略去张家界，全程跟着工作人员写的攻略 很省事 ，酒店也很好， 早餐也不错！ 下次还会选这里

特别好，房间非常漂亮有特色，早餐的米粉很好吃，还有咖啡喝。服务太好了，高铁站接站，提供了很好的游玩建议，来张家界必须选择这一家。

房间很有宋明风格，还略带有日式榻榻米，装修比较精致，管家服务很到位，不厌其烦解决客人问题。不足之处就是后面的商业街倒闭了，看上去有点破落。

很开心，周边有小夜市出来就是吃的，打车也方便。管家服务很好，还送新鲜水果，替我订生日蛋糕??！里面宽敞舒服，很喜欢小庭院，很棒的入住体验！

真的太满意了，房间非常好看，充份体现了中式美学。工作人员像朋友一样。房间比图片还要好，令人惊喜。交通也方便，这里打网约车去东门六七块钱，并且接单很快。入住送接送服务。还有出门吃饭也近。

Een mooie homestay met vriendelijke behulpzame mensen (dit is een homestay dus zijn familieleden, geen personeel, maar ze hielpen uitstekend). De locatie is goed, een minuutje lopen naar de drukke straten met veel restaurants. Het zit op 5-10 minuten van het park af. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, zie foto! We werden ook netjes opgehaald en afgezet bij het treinstation. Het enige minpunt dat ik kan noemen is het uitzicht op onze kamer, dit was tegen een ander (verlaten?) gebouw aan, maar gewoon de gordijnen dicht doen ;)
